Bought 2 silk pillow cases and they are an absolute load of sh-it. There is no way they are silk. Don’t be conned like I have been!

Took a while for delivery but I have to say was very satisfied with the product so much so I’ve ordered more for xmas presents for my daughters the quality is superb 👌

Pleased with my pillowcases. As some others have said, not top quality but the price absolutely reflects this. I wanted a delivery update so got in touch via the website and they replied really quickly to help.

Really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company.
I realised straight after purchase that I had ordered the wrong size and messaged them straight away.
I requested a larger size and stated I would pay the difference for the correct size.
Their customer care is shocking!!!!!

Hi, the measurements of our pillowcases are clearly stated on the product description page. I'm afraid we are not responsible for the wrong size you ordered.

Thankfully after reading the reviews, I didn’t pay extra for the correct size, as I would have lost more money to this company.
Now awaiting, delivery from China not U.K. so will decide whether to take this further with my bank once I see if the pillowcases are actually mulberry silk and not satin as claimed in other reviews. Very disappointed

Poor customer service. I tried to return an item, and the website clearly says you have 30 days. I was told in a rude, short email that they don't return sale items. Almost everything on the website is sold at a discount. So basically they won't accept returns on anything. Also it took a long time to arrive.

Do not order!
Deliver from china. Takes forever to come. Quality is poor and when I asked to return the item, I received a short reply that they don’t accept returns on sale items. Which was not stated on the page!! Scam! Wish I had researched the company before ordering since I’m stuck with poor quality items that I don’t want to use

Bought the pillowcases and they didn’t arrive for a while - but coming from China to be expected. Then I read the reviews on here and immediately emailed asking for tracking info or refund. I received a very quick response with tracking info. I wasn’t reassured because the info said that there had been a failed delivery that very day. But lo and behold, the next day the pillowcases arrived. Colour is as expected, and it is very definitely mulberry silk and not satin. The silk isn’t top quality but I wasn’t paying top price. I was pleasantly surprised. I had excellent communication from orchid state and the product was better than anticipated for the price. Just needed a bit more patience for the delivery!

I never got the order and they refused to help! They sent me a proof of delivery which was next to a sign that said do not leave the parcel here and then said it was my responsibility to follow up with the courier! They hire the courier they should follow up or take responsibility and replace/refund.

Ordered silk pillowcases, took approx 2 weeks to deliver which is fair enough asvthey come from China

Wife has tried the pillowslips (great quality) and she thinks they make a real difference to her sleep

It would have been helpful if your tracking was more up to date

Pillowcases are thin and do not compare in quality to other companies. I ordered 2 x white which are obviously ivory on arrival. Company refusing to refund me saying they cannot guarantee colour and also they were in a sale (not stated on the page) …brought 2 on special offer. I also ordered 2 black which still inferior but would keep. The ‘white’ is NOT white …beware of this company as they are miselling. So thin you can see through them ..22momme 6a they are not !

UPDATE: returned items and full refund including postage given so happy.

The pillowcases are absolutely beautiful; colour is exquisite and quality is excellent. I’ve previously bought the same kind of silk pillowcases for a lot more money from different companies and although they arrived faster there was no difference in quality.
I can’t give five stars because of the delivery/tracking service which needs to be improved. However customer support were very helpful and when they finally arrived I was really glad that I’d ordered them.

The pillowcases are 100% satin, not mulberry silk. False advertising and when asked to return they tried to say you can’t return sale items, which is not stated on the page, and against consumer rights. After a few emails, they agreed to a refund but I still wasted the money on tracked postage for a fake product.

I ordered silk pillowcases & scrunchies received first parcel pillowcases exactly as ordered but no scrunchies contacted company & the customer service was excellent sent me the scrunchies which are ideal size & colour

Cheap satin, wished i read trustpilot reviews before hand. Received today and yes its definitely not silk. Fuming

I purchased two of their premium silk pillowcases after which I read the reviews on here and got somewhat concerned whether I’d receive satin pillowcases instead. So I emailed the company raising my concerns and the reply I received was somewhat odd - customers have purchased satin instead of silk by error. This reply in fact made me more worried. I received the order within 6 working days of placing it - it looked very similar to my satin pillowcase so the first thing I did was I decided to carry out a test I’ve seen on youtube. You burn a small piece of the fabric and examine the burned area. So of course I didn’t burn the pillowcase but I cut a small piece of the inside lining around the zip area, held it with tweezers and burned the edge with matches. It passed the test - smelled like burned hair, the burned edge turns into powder when rubbed and didn’t flame. I guess there might be other ways to test but I’m not a professional and never had a silk pillowcase before. In terms of the quality I bought it as the top quality and that I can’t test but for the price I paid I guess I can’t complain. So I’m happy with the purchase, hopefully it lasts.

Lovely silk sleep masks and very comfortable. There was an issue with my first delivery but the customer service was absolutely brilliant and I was not only refunded but was also sent replacements.
