Orbitspins is a total scam. I received several emails to play on this site. One email said 100 free spins to sign up. I did so. I played the 100 free spins. Then played through the amount in order to redeem a real win. The most i could redeem was $50. I had submitted all my documents. My id, proof of address,and received an email letting me know that o was verified. I was able to redeem my win. So I thought. When I went to the cashier on Orbitspins and hit withdraw a new button popped up that tells me to make a deposit. Why would I have to make a deposit in order to claim a win? That is not a win. I asked several people at customer service to let me redeem the $50 win and i would kindly make a deposit after I received it. But no. They start saying terms and conditions. None of thier bogus terms and conditions were on any of the first 5 communication emails sent to me. They got my information and I feel totally scammed. How are they even allowed to operate? This site is bogus!!

I would not recommend Orbit Spins.
I signed up and received 50 free spins, which turned into over $200 in winnings. As expected, that was capped down to the $50 bonus limit, which I understand and had no issue with.
The problem started when I tried to withdraw.
First, I was told I needed to complete verification because I had never made a deposit before. Fair enough. The verification process took about a week, and I had to resubmit my documents because my first submission was rejected for “image quality.”
After finally being approved, I received confirmation that my account was verified and that I could now access fast or same-day payouts.
However, when I attempted to withdraw my $50, I was then told I must deposit $15 before I could access my winnings.
This requirement was never mentioned at any point during sign-up, verification, or in any of their emails. In fact, I was explicitly led to believe that verification was the only step required to withdraw.
Changing the rules after the fact is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive.
Be very cautious. What looks like a simple bonus win can turn into a drawn-out process with new conditions added at the last minute.

I head back from orbitspins. They say they was not paying me my winnings because they claim I edited my documents for verification. . And I did not. I sent them everhing they asked first time they claimed they could not clearly see it. I submitting it 2 more times then they said I sent them fake documents. . the only thing fake is orbit spins.
