I am a long-time customer, and I have always found the user experience to be good – for example, whenever I have had a query, the response time has been fast and courteous. However, in the past I have sometimes found the transfer time to be slow, and this was somewhat frustrating. Therefore I am so delighted to find that your service and payment execution times have recently sped up considerably. This is something I very much appreciate, thank you. It makes transfers and accounting far, far simpler and stress-free when you know the turnaround time will be quick. I will continue to use your service, and have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

I've made a transaction last night, using some credit from my last transfer (over payment) and it usually takes 2 hours to be processed and it has been 10 hours already and they're saying the're still waiting for the funds but I've already done my banking transfer about 10 hours ago. It's only a small transfer even the credit is a small amount and my family urgently needed it, not a good experience.

their App just plays and sends money to account that’s not even active and the worst is the customer service
all you as a client for 8 years do is constant follow up and 0 resolution
i did a transaction in april and here we are in june end and still no resolution
