I had a great diagnoses over the phone…

I had a great diagnoses over the phone with the technician /customer support. There was a point she needed to see the technical errors so we went realtime video and saw what I saw that product was malfunctioning. I am happy to say the product was replaced with easy and re-installed to working condition. I am very happy with the results!

My experience is terrible with the agent and supervisor they are withholding my hoses oder from me 266261 i explain to the manager that I can’t find the receipt for the order so please help me out to get my hoses i need it it’s like stealing from me

Great warranty and customer service.

This was actually a warranty issue with my 12 zone Bhyve. It had quit working. I went to the website and followed all the trouble shooting and it still would not work. (It had a 'No AC' error) I then contacted customer support. after a discussion and taking a picture of my unit the support person gave me a code to warrty the controller. I was surprised and am very greatful for the warranty and the customer service. Two of my neighbors have bought Bhyve's and love them.
