I was in the chat area for one of their workers and decided to purchase the smallest package which cost about $59 CAD. The worker stated that one message cost 30 points. Nowhere did it say on her page a 30 point option. So I chose 25 and she said to then choose the 5 point option to total 30. Come to find out their system charged me a second time as the message from the worker cost more than $58! They are running a scam and charging people without authorization on my credit account! I asked for a refund on the second charge and Oranum refused to give me the second amount back that I did not authorize!

I was a member on this site since 2020 I probably had about 40 readings with the so called psychics on this site and out of those 40 only 3 of them told me things about future that actually came true you can tell most of them just make up random dribble when you get a reading I dont bother giving these con artists anymore money.

Theres a legitimate Australian Psychic that use to work on the site and he said the Owners of this Oranum just pick random strangers off the street to come work for them and may or may not be psychic but when they doing crap like that most likely arent gonna be, the other 'psychics'the attractive female ones are probably from their dodgy Porn site which they also own livejasmin, As I believe in Karma though they will get whats coming to them eventually....

I can't recommend this site, maybe a few of 'experts' are really experts, and want to help... I was a big fan of Ariolo, but what he did was making money with me..
Between Christmas and new year they made a special offer, and I wanted to chat with him. I was shocked, bcs. the price per m. was suddenly 2 $ more than normal... No way. Sorry. Not nearly 8 $ a minute.... They should be ashamed of that!!

This site is a huge money grab and a complete scam. 60 dollars allowed my only 3 messages ... for 60 dollars that is what I basically got. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I feel extremely taken advantage of. It is so pitiful for a company to target people that are seeking out help and some of us are desperately just trying to know that there I'd hope for our current situation to move out of that despire. Disgusting ethics and really doesn't fit into the spiritual realm of unity amd source.. avoid giving these horrible people even a dollar.

Dont waste your Hard earned bucks on Oranum. 99 % Physcics are fake. I had used oranum in past and nothing falls for me.

I've been going there for a while. They are really rude most of them or just cold and sit there like bumps on a log. Some of them ignore you. If you sit in their room for a while with not many people in there they get too sus. I had a meaningful conversation for a few days with one, then went in there the very next day and was ignored. I didn't do anything either so I don't know what that was about. Lots of drama happening too when other psychics go in different rooms. They are extremely greedy, extremely suspicous of what exactly I don't know. Just had bad experiences there. The Only good one is ChooseEnergy. She's polite, and understanding. Other than that, they're all just rude or greedy or both. The setup is addictive. It's not the kind of place to go if you're bored or lonely because they aren't very empathetic or sympathatic. Very poor experiences. I probably won't go back.

There are several wonderful, credible psychics here -- which is why I use the site at all. THEY are great.

But this site gets a 1/5 because of their unacceptable customer service.

They do not care about your experience as a customer and do not protect you as a customer. For example, one of their readers keeps abusing the messaging feature and sending me spammy messages when I don't want them.

I've reported this to the company but they refuse to do anything about it. They simply say, "Well wait for the reader to come online and tell them you don't want this."

AS IF I have any control over when the reader comes online and AS IF it should be my responsibility to try to find them! Or coordinate my schedule w/ their own! Just irrational suggestions like this.

Other issues too but I won't waste my time. Oranum should invest seriously into improving its customer service and would likely earn much more as a company if and when it does.

BAD experience! Psychic knows I live in an area with a shutdown due to Covid yet ChooseE insisted I stop isolating. She yelled at me that I have no right to mourn the passing of my parents just because it's New Years and I have another year without them and I am to go out and socialize even though there's a pandemic and there are long lines outside of people trying to get tested and I even have a close friend who went to the hospital with Covid. Where is her sanity? ChooseE should just read the cards and stop yelling at people and offering her erroneous points of view which are out of touch with truth or reality. I am disappointed that I spent money on this person who is very judgmental. All I came for was support and did not get it.

honestly I think this site should be investigated. and class action lawsuit. first as a customer the worst online navigation hard to understand second the worst place to try and build a spiritual practice with. The system is REDICULOUS. They also are racist and discriminating and disrespectful to the advisors and their preference. they need to fire some of the online support people. And update their system make it easier to offer and treat experts in the field and get rid of psychics .

i contacted a reader called sacred garden to have a y/n answer and paid her 1k coins. she blocked me for no reason and didnt give any answer. i contacted the support to complain and ask bk my money and they refused to refund b.c of "policy". isnt that a fraud? and most important- the reader gives oranum their share so they r part of the scam. thieves thats what they are

I recently became a member and on my first and last attempt I tried to get a reading. This is not a reflection on the reader but with the company. I gave $80 and never received a reading. The only reason I gave additional money so I could tell the reader I am not receiving anything, because it kept asking for coins. I did not get one text or one question answered. When I tried to make it right, the company did NOT listen to anything I was telling them. All I got was, were sorry for your negative experience. It was not about how much money I spent, but not getting a reading, not anything! They did not try and clear this up, I never received this so called reading via text either. I will never use this sight again and I will not recommend it either. Customer service is definitely lacking. You would think they would try and clear this up, but I got the runaround, talking policy and etc. but not one time did they understand. I never received services for payment. My experience was more than negative, this is a dishonest sight. The reader never tried to clear this up either, but happy to take money knowing I was not getting his transcript.

Oranum has swapped owners, the wages are higher, loads of mod cons are now available for psychics. Having a reading is not just about predictions, it can be soul searching guidance, self healing, someone to talk to. If you question what the gypsy says after you come out of the tent, so to speak. Maybe don't purchase, after using your free 10k coins.

I have spent thousands there. The readers are not good. Waste of money.... literally dropping money in the bins. They have lots of foreign readers who can't speak English.

Expensive! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'm on there and spent WAY too much on their "packages". They are expensive as heck and a LOT of their "psychics" are FAKE! They claim to "vet" the but clearly they don't. They treat their readers like crap and only give them like 3-5% of the amount that a user pays for a "reading". They also prevent psychics from showing their true talents before having users pay for a reading. Anna and the entire site are GREEDY and don't care about customers! They REFUSE to refund a poor reading and don't care if you're unhappy or not.

If you value your money, RUN FAR AWAY from this site! It's nothing but a SCAM. NONE of the predictions these "psychics" have made have come true. Shows just how legit they are!

Sorry to say but it's mostly a big time waste of money.
You feel left behind with a feeling that the most important thing is to get as many personal points as possible, so that they can get higher up in their own hierarchy, and of course make more money.
For a long period I have heard the same kind of prediction. It's far away from truth reality. As if they are manipulating your dreams of life

Update 3/2/2023. not much has changed for the better, indeed seems worse. Even more expensive than before. Many old faces have left and a constant churn of readers ( i visit these sites often). It appears many members have come to the same conclusion as most rooms are devoid of visitors and from sitechecker websites (alexa/webstats et al) traffic and revenue has plummeted in the last year or so.

(old review) very expensive and psychics are heard complaining often how bad their business has become. Site says its all for 'entertainment' yet everyone who wants a readings is asking for advice and help. there are much better sites out there that cost less. avoid.
