We ordered a sign for our miniature golf course and it turned out amazing. I used AI to design a logo and then sent it to Orant. It turned out perfect and only took about two weeks to arrive.

As far as the ordering and shipping process, it was received quicker than expected, which is a huge plus I will definitely be shopping the website again if I am in need of a neon again

The sign looked great and customer service was very helpful. The remote stopped working after a few days of receiving the sign so I contacted customer service and they determined it was the dimmer malfunction. They immediately sent out 2 new dimmers and the remote now functions properly.

They have done two signs for us and they are fantastic. They were a surprise for a friend and they are both prominently displayed in their business, the detail and colors are tremendous. Customer service was very good and understanding about issues. They kept their promise and I would recommend without reservation.

The sign is decent but the customer service is terrible. I paid for a battery pack and did not receive. I need to request a refund for that but it is impossible to talk with anyone and they don't reply to texts. Will never do business with them again. To me, customer service is the most important factor for any company and they fail miserably in that category.
