The product smells very nice, in a pretty glass bottle and reminds me of trips to North Africa. Reasonably priced. It would be good if they could offer samples of perfumes. The only negative was that they hadn't packaged it very well. It was just in a cardboard box with nothing around it to hold it still in transit and some of the perfume had escaped as its lid had come off during its journey to me. Lucky the bottle had not broken.

From ordering nearly a week has passed and still says not sent.

Order via debenhams marketplace and order has not arrived and tracking is not updated

I response to their reply of they'd do everything to help. They said they had posted the item. It hadn't been posted. They said they'd do everything to help the customer, yet 0 contact from them

Can’t believe how great Smoky wood is, it’s my out go fragrance now, I’ve never had so many people ask me what I have on. Perfectly delivered on time and great packaging the box itself looks very classy but honestly any man out there should be trying this.

I don't understand how it is so very difficult for someone to pack up and ship a perfume.

Ordered via Debenhams, messaged and commented on Instagram and Facebook, still uploading just flat out ignoring me, never had any contact.

Ordered on the 30th of May, it's now the 12th of June, they sent Debenhams tracking this Monday reckoning they had posted it, tracking has shown it was only just dispatched yesterday on the 11th.

Incredibly useless and rude service, how hard is it to just contact someone?! I will never bother again, who knows if this will even turn up, but I'm sure as heck not paying for it.

Ease of ordering and quick delivery, ordered following review on Facebook, only had quick spray inside house, have not yet tried outside but nice woody smell. Made up with purchase very reasonably priced, just hope it lives up to review of longevity.

The product has not been delivered, they do not respond to emails and messages. I received an email asking me to post a review of the products, but which ones? I placed an order on 07.03.2026, today is 08.04.2026, the product is not there. I am very disappointed in the store's attitude towards buyers, ignoring them. At first I even wanted to offer cooperation, but with such a policy and attitude it is a nightmare. I do not recommend it!

I received a wrong item. I’ve sent emails to customer care and they couldn’t bother replying.
Today , I got a email asking for a review and they’ve never addressed the issue. Still waiting to hear back from them and nothing.
AVOID this and find a better place to buy.
