Our dog was referred by our vet. We had super service. Superb care.
Can not fault them.

I saw Chris at the portsmouth branch with my dog harley .from the minute I entered i felt that they all really cared .Chris has been amazing and has called me to talk about harleys treatment .he had a liver biopsy and he talked me through everything that will happen and about his after care .it felt like more than a vets .100% recommend Optivet

From the first phone call, through surgery and postoperative my dog and I have received the best possible service. Everyone has been so kind, professional and knowledgeable. We used Optivet referrals in Havant Hampshire for our dog Luna, she was very poorly and the highly trained staff were amazingly helpful, doing everything they could to make her better. Unfortunately we had to have her put to sleep and we chose to do it with them. They were so compassionate and caring! We will definitely be using them in the future if we decide to get another pet!

Manager has no manners at all. I went in for 3 trial days and 1 interview. Manager told me she'd get back to me ASAP, took an overall 3 months and after many emails from me asking for a follow up, she ignored me entirely and never got back to me. Wasted my time and made me wait 3 months to find out if I got the job or not. Such a disrespectful Manager.

My dog had her cataracts removed last week. She was totally blind and 13 years old. Being blind terrified her so I went to see if they could do something. Indeed they did!! I am sat here 6 days after surgery writing this with Rosie looking at me. Her vision is really good and she is tolerating the medication and eye drops well. Optivet are keeping a close eye on her and are at the end of the phone if needed. They really really are wonderful. They have treated us with respect and kindness and I am so very grateful for what they have done for Rosie.

Their service is 100% from start to finish with every member of the team doing an outstanding job. A practice which is top of their game in every aspect. Such friendly people who clearly understand how much our pets mean to us.

Optivet have twice looked after my Cat when he had major accidents.

First time his leg needed to be pinned and have a metal plate but in.

Second time he broke his pelvis.

The care that he received was second to none, they saw him within 30mins and kept me fully updated with his care. Honestly they cannot do enough for your pet while in their care.

The specialist vets and nurses are amazing

I have been using Optivet for the last 5 years with my 2 gun dogs.
