The Train the Trainer Safeguarding course strengthened my confidence in delivering safeguarding training to staff. It refreshed my knowledge of current legislation and reinforced the importance of professional curiosity, clear reporting pathways, and creating a strong safeguarding culture within the home.

The course has enhanced my ability to deliver engaging, practice-led training and to challenge unsafe practice appropriately. This will support ongoing compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and ensure the continued safety and wellbeing of the young people in our care.
