The product is verry cheap.
I worked a lot with camera and the one I have bought have the quality of a 2000's phone, wich is really bad.

Kommunikation sehr schlecht, das Produkt ist minderwertig , kann man nur von abraten , Service versucht alles mögliche um keine Rücksendung zu ermöglichen .
Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert,
das Produkt war enttäuschend und der K Kunden-support niederschmetternd...
Zurück schicken nach ewigen Diskussionen nicht möglich außer auf eigene Gefahr und eigene Kosten.

AVOID. SCAM advertising - claims camera is TOP digital camera of 2026. Poor quality Chinese product, disgusting customer service.
BEWARE:
There are several online 'top 5 digital camera' reviews by 'experts'.. where the no. 1 camera is Optinexo 4K or 5K, costing around £130.
I received the camera, but it is very poor quality, on/off button slow to respond, over exposed images, the zoom button makes a noise, which is audible on video.
When contacting the seller to return item (ad states 30 day money back guarantee) I was offered £20!!! I was told it would take a long time to return and process and now the item was used so it could not be resold! After much email discussion back and forth the most the seller agreed to refund £50, which was returned into my account.
Scam I think i bought one as was supposed to be great load of crap. I tracked it back to a company in Hong Kong that only been going 6weeks you have to pay £1by card to text them haha I don't think so complete scam
fake company, I believe: one hour after order you can't stop it and will have to pay to send it back to china. can't imagine it's a good produkt...

This site selling exactly same item as warmax at rip-off price. Company makes retyrning items almost impossible. Not good quality. AVOID
