Being new to coaching, I extensively researched to find the best course and training facility to obtain my professional coaching diploma. Optimus consistently emerged as a top recommendation, and it lived up to its reputation! Not only did I undergo an incredible coach training program this year, but I also embarked on a journey of self-awareness that led to unexpected yet profoundly impactful personal development.

The courses are meticulously structured, providing ample time each week to work through the learning materials and theory, followed by coaching practice. Initially uncomfortable for me, the practice piece proved vital to the learning process, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

Optimus goes beyond the diploma, providing learners with access to additional training materials, in-person and online events, and a supportive coaching community for ongoing learning and development. Making new friends and feeling part of this community was an unexpected bonus, and I consider myself fortunate to have discovered Optimus.

A heartfelt thanks to the amazing facilitators, who are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also inspiring. I was able to place complete trust in them to guide me on my learning journey. Additionally, the support team works tirelessly in the background, keeping us informed, addressing queries, and ensuring continuous improvement in the service delivered to those in the coach training programs.

When I signed up to the Diploma course I thought I was simply going to learn what I needed to start a new career as a coach. It's gone beyond career change, it's transformed me and the way I approach life. Life feels so much more enjoyable now - essentially because how I interact with the world around me has changed through shifts I've made in my brain.

Optimus was the coach training provider of choice for me. Having attended open weekends etc with other providers, Optimus style, ethos and approach to coaching resonated with me. The trainers and the quality of training was excellent.

I trained with Optimus for my coaching diploma and toward my ICF ACC accreditation and found the training thorough and professional, with a strong focus on ICF competencies and ethics of coaching throughout the course.

A good blend of teaching sessions and peer coaching and a super group of tutors experienced in their field.

I joined Optimus coach Academy in September 2022 after listening to Ruth kudzi podcasts series on her website.

After 8 months of intense training with 175 training hours attended, more than 100 hours of individual and peer coaching, individual and group mentoring sessions, I can confidently say that the training lived up to its promises.

The flexible training schedule outside of working hours allowed me to attend all training and mentoring sessions. The training sessions were interactive and insightful, facilitated by experienced and certified coach trainers.

Coaching Business mentoring sessions were also made available for all participants on a regular basis during the training period. I was able to access the e-learning platform for training session recordings, course content and best coaching practices.

The course content was rich and comprehensive with professional ethics, normative coaching models and evidence based advanced coaching models.

During the training, I was able to share my concerns and successes with my peer coaches and mentors in individual and group mentoring sessions. These interactions were also strengthened through our Facebook coaching community. These interactions will continue after the training through the Alumni Facebook community, various events and coaching supervision.

The optimus coach Academy administrative staff was very prompt in answering my administrative requests.The installment payment option available meant that I could spread the cost of my training over the duration of the course.

On a personal level, it has been a transformational experience because during the training, I was coached at least twice a week for a period of 8 months. I have explored so much during my time at Optimus with new insights about several aspects of my life and well-being. I have built solid coaching competences and developed a strong coaching mindset.

Optimus has equipped me to support my clients in achieving their full potential. I will be forever grateful for this transformational experience. I really enjoyed my professional coaching certificate with Optimus. Over 9 months we learned various models and tools to prepare fully as coaches. Having this variety was really important to me as I take the elements that suit me to build my own coaching style.

The staff at Optimus were always really helpful and supportive and every session is hosted by someone with real coaching experience happy to answer questions or guidance.

I looked around for a while for a coaching provider but was recommended Optimus by a friend. I'm very happy I made that decision and would fully reccomend to anyone wanting to get a full, well rounded view of coaching.

I had a fantastic experience training with Optimus. I loved having a range of very highly qualified and experienced coaches delivering the training. The training I received at Optimus Coach Academy was first rate. I appreciated the transparency, skill and dedication of all the tutors, each of whom was approachable and considerate; always, you felt you were in competent hands. Well prepared and interactive lectures, study guides that distilled best knowledge into easy to digest essentials and pointed the way to the best sources for further study, lots of bonus materials, and most importantly they showed personal interest and care. Training with Optimus on their Professional Diploma course has been a genuinely incredible experience. I already coach and have previous qualifications but this is next level, and will literally take anyone wishing to go to the next level, either as a self-employed or in-house coach. Its been the greatest investment I've ever made, a truly transformational journey which includes coaching practice from the onset.
