'It has been a pleasure and wonderful experience learning under Optimus Coach Academy. The team are responsive to concerns and suggestions throughout the course and supportive. What I have found most valuable is being taught a purist form of coaching, which I can adapt to my work and skill set. I have learned a lot about coaching, but also a lot about myself, which I will now take into the world. I hope to return to Optimus for PCC training if the opportunity arises and look forward to being part of the Alumni and continuing this learning trajectory of being a coach.'

This has been everything I'd hoped it would be. I have genuinely loved every minute of this course and joining a group of like-minded, interesting, kind people. I feel like it's been so thorough in what we've learned, I've not seen any other courses offering such a good and broad coaching foundation. I love how much coaching practice you get just by attending sessions and feel like it's a brilliant way to make sure you progress even if you struggle to find external people to coach. I'd recommend Optimus to anyone and everyone, the tutors are brilliant, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people

My experience of training with Optimus has been excellent and has surpassed all of my expectations.
The training includes a great balance of theory and practical training, allowing us to start developing our coaching skills from day one. The entire team at Optimus are warm, friendly, and professional and I've felt supported throughout.

When I embarked on the Associate course I had no idea how much it would impact my life. Although I had no prior experience, from the early stages coaching practice was the norm, with the opportunity to learn and reflect. Not only have I had the ability to study different coaching methods and supporting science, but I have also been coached weekly.

The power of the right question has and can be transformational. The support, professionalism and engagement from the Optimus team has been superb, as has the warmth and friendship extended within my cohort.
There is a real drive at Optimus to teach and provide the best possible training to ensure students are equipped for the accreditation process across a number of recognised coaching bodies.'

This Associate Diploma has been a fantastic start to my journey into the wonderful world of coaching. I have always felt genuinely valued here, with constant support for both my professional and personal development. Although I originally qualified as a Coach in 2017 (with another organisation), I've been looking to deepen and update my skills and knowledge, as well as be better prepared to apply for the ICF accreditation. Whilst I was originally looking at taking a master's route, it was clear that OPTIMUS covered ALL my academic and professional needs.
The trainers are excellent, the content is up-to-date and science-backed, mentors are experienced and approachable. The cherry on the top was the peer group - the cohort was small so it felt like a tutor group rather than a lecture, and we were able to bond and support each other. The peer coaching was fantastic.

I have taken several coaching certifications and Optimus, by far, has been the best experience I have had. It was clear from day one that it is important that they create great coaches; you matter to them, and they create a safe environment for learning, practicing, and growing. Enroll in their course, you will be glad you did!

I have enjoyed every minute of the Optimus professional coaching course and revelled at how true trusting the process has been. I feel equipped and confident to use the teaching and tools in my work not least because the peer coaching experience provides evidence that coaching works to transform

Absolutely loved the course. The training is such high class. I've definitely developed the skills to become a proficient coach, however, I've also developed an emotional maturity in myself that offers me a more fulfilling and happier life.

I looked around for a while to find somewhere to train. I had seen things in the industry I wasn't keen on, so ethics and standards were important to me. When I found Optimus it seemed to fit what I needed.

I had already done my Life Coach training with another school, but wanted to add to my knowledge and skill set. I was so happy to have stumbled upon Optimus. I did a lot of research before signing up with Optimus, I'm fortunate to know some amazing, long standing professional coaches who recommended Ruth and the team. I haven't been in the learning zone for a very long time and felt quite daunted however the course was put together so well and the teaching so good I flourished!
