The team at Optimus show real dedication to ensure everyone comes away fully equipped to start or improve on their coaching career's. I would whole heartedly recommend Optimus to anyone wanting to become a coach regardless of what background you're coming from.

I'd read many reviews before taking the plunge and booking on the Professional Coaching Diploma with Optimus. They all said things like 'fabulous' 'life changing' and 'empowering.' All of which I found to be absolutely true!

Having done a bit of coaching and mentoring in my previous profession, I came with a little bit of experience. I finished this course with much greater knowledge and understanding of the power of coaching and the enlightenment it brings.

The blend of neuroscience education and practical application is just wonderful. I couldn't rate the delivery, content and support highly enough. I honestly don't think I've had an experience like it when it comes to training - and I've done A LOT!

The clients I am working with have shown really great progress and have been so positive in their feedback to me. I know that this is without doubt because of the fantastic training I've received through Optimus.

Honestly, if you are looking to enhance your coaching skills or start from the beginning, you really need look no further.

I have absolutely loved my coach training experience with Optimus. The support from Ruth and the whole team at Optimus has made it such a positive experience. The trainers are exceptional and the weekly calls are really well organised. After months of research, I had shortlisted two coaching companies and had intro calls with both however Ruth and Optimus came highly recommended in different groups I was part of. Training for my PCC diploma with Optimus was by far the best learning experience I’ve ever had. There is obviously a huge amount of care and detail that has gone into every single part of it, from the design of the material, the communication, the wonderful trainers, all the way to how the cohort was corralled and the alumni experience. It’s been so transformative that I’ve already signed up for one of their advanced specialist programme. I can’t wait to be back!

The programme is practical, structured, and very grounded in ethics and real coaching work, not fluffy motivation.
What I appreciated most is that you’re not left alone. There is always someone available to support you, ask questions, or sense-check things, which makes a big difference when you’re learning and actually applying coaching with clients. The feedback is clear and linked to the competencies, so you know exactly where you stand.
I also met genuinely inspiring people through the training people who care deeply about what they do and are serious about coaching. That opened doors for me, both professionally and personally, and made the experience feel much bigger than just a course.
This training helped me feel more confident and more solid in how I coach. It’s not about pretending to be perfect it’s about learning properly, being supported, and growing into your own coaching style.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Optimus. From the start I have felt supported, the teachers are so warm and engaging and the content and way it is delivered meant i was always able to maintain interest and focus. I really like the mix of mediums used - looking at frameworks, models, doing exercises in mini groups, watching recordings - it meant i was always focussed and interested. it never got samey. They listen to student feedback and are always looking to adapt and improve thr course and lessons. They get you coaching right away which whilst daunting at first, has meant I have built my experience and confidence up over time. 10/10 recommend, if you are interested in coaching sign up now!!

I would highly recommend Optimus coach academy if you are wanting to become a coach. The sessions are so informative and all of the mentors are so supportive. You also have a lot opportunities to practice and receive very helpful feedback. I really enjoyed my time studying with them.

Optimus was the best choice I could have made for my coaching career. The curriculum and the way the sessions are run is so comprehensive and engaging. I learnt so much on this course in theory and in practical application. The trainers are next level, and SO great at teaching you everything. I'm an experienced coach within an educational setting, but wasn't qualified/accredited. I signed up for the Professional Diploma in good faith & my good faith was granted!

Such a supportive team, friendly, welcoming & sincere. The team, along with my cohort, got me through the toughest time of my life (which coincided with doing the course).

I highly recommend the course, the team & the organisation - it will change your life. If it doesn't, dig deeper! Definitely worth the loan i took out to fund it, no regrets there.

The Professional Diploma course from Optimus Coach Academy was an extraordinarily well delivered and thoughtfully supported experience. Throughout the course, every element - e.g. the teaching, the mentoring, the online learning materials, the coaching practice feedback, the supportive, positive, considerate, thought-provoking and inclusive teaching environment and of course sharing the learning process with my fellow students worked together to make the course a huge privilege to be part of. I particularly appreciated the course focus on well-researched, evidence-based material and while I enjoyed all the subject matter, I found the sections on neurodiversity and psychodynamics were especially interesting. I thoroughly recommend this course!

The quality of the training, the sense of community and being part of a cohort in which I have made so many connections and friends has been a life changing experience. The Optimus course and the guys are absolutely fantastic! Crystal, Faye, Jackie (I hope I haven’t missed anyone) and of course RUTH!! Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. The pace, teaching, and course leaders were all Goldilocks level just right. The content was very practical, informative and interesting. The instructors and coach mentors are all inspiring, empathetic, and engaging, yet so professional too… and this wasn’t professional in an overly corporate or stuffy way either, as I also found myself so relaxed and comfortable throughout. I learned so much from them. Optimus were great at bringing together our coaching cohort too - there are many from my cohort I’ll continue to stay in touch with and learn from, which really added to my overall experience. Lastly, there is a real community feel and so much support you can take advantage of outside of the specific coaching course - they really do go out of their way to help you and your business succeed. If you want to be a coach, but you’re on the fence about Optimus-just don’t be, book it…you really won’t regret it!

Optimus is like a big hug that envelopes the whole of you.  I feel like they have been there with me through each step of my coaching journey so far and I know that they will continue to be there for me even after graduation.  If you want training to become a coach I would recommend Optimus every time.

The journey with Optimus has shaped not only the coach I am becoming, but the person I continue to evolve into. The learning didn't only come from the amazing trainers presenting valuable content - it came from the learning environment they each created. Their willingness to be real and share their own journeys, have a laugh with us, and hold space with compassion is what really sets them apart. It saddens me that I won't see them every Tuesday evening anymore, but I'm so excited to share my progress with them, and stay in touch.
