Micah recently dealt with my remortgage, and i have to say I couldnt be happier with the service and support I recieved. Communication was excellent, keeping me updated along the way.

My remortgage was to fund an extension too, and along the way we hit a bump in the road in terms of the LTV due to a low valuation. Micah handled disputing this with the lender straight away and put in loads of extra research to make sure the appeal was successful.

We also struggled a little with the lenders solicitors, but all the stress of chasing them was taken on by Micah, meaning i didnt neet to worry at all.

I would wholeheartedly reccomend these guys to anyone!! You'll be impressed!!

I was coming towards the end of my mortgage term and had left things a little late. After calling Optimum at around lunchtime, they had returned my call by the afternoon and we were able to discuss my options on the same day. Micah was very helpful with his advice and generous with his time, making me feel that I knew exactly what my options were and was confident in my choice. The support throughout the whole process was excellent, and you never feel that any question is too small or too stupid to ask!
