Lied to too by Optimum
When I signed up for Optimum I was guaranteed a $200 gift card after 90 days. Well I got my card but I didn’t do anything with it because I was going to use it at a later date well yesterday as I went to activate it it is only $100. I’ve been on the phone all morning with Optumim.. The customer service sucks. They don’t wanna listen to you. All they wanna do is try to sell you something then I waited for a supervisor forever nobody ever came and I have things to do and it’s probably not gonna do me any good to be able to talk to a supervisor because they’ll just pass the buck. If I had it to do over I would’ve have stayed with frontier this is awful that you get lied to and nobody wants to own up to it and then you ask if they all listen to the call and they won’t. I’m very disappointed in the way I was lied to and treated on the phone. Thank you Carolyn Jarrett
