It was a bad idea to purchase eye glasses online... Life is different when you put the frame on your face to check if it really suits you or not.. Things look good on pictures but will it really suit you ? It's a 50/50 luck.. my bad luck 🤞

Delivery
Delivery was not on time very late. Even after getting msgs from courier service my product was not delivered. I called daily and got my parcel very late. Product is good no issue in product.

We use third party to deliver our goods and we process every order right after receiving, the credit goes to the courier or sometime the weather condition of the destination shipments get delayed, Sorry for the inconvenience
1 out of 2 product is damaged
i ordered 2 products one is perfectly ok and the other one is damaged and I know you would say you can return it or exchange it but in online shopping the seller must take extra care before dispatch to make sure quality of the product or else both will have to go through return courier and exchanges and transfers so please you could manage a bit extra on this

Great exchange experience
Ordered medium sized glasess but turned out to be oversize for me so i asked for a exchange. They were very corporative and changed my glases for a smaller size
