I spent one day working with this company. I talked to hundreds of people but the manager on site said that the company was watching and wanted me to talk to even more people and basically be a trained monkey. Humans are not robots. It was a ridiculous request. So I left. Immediately, they canceled my account on the app and stopped communicating which was unprofessional because I had questions about payment etc. Would not recommend. Unless you want to yell for 3 hours straight.

I had an excellent experience working with Oppizi as a legal professional. Arthur and Sami were great to collaborate with throughout the entire process. The entire engagement was smooth and professional. They respected my expertise, provided necessary information in a timely manner, and maintained a positive working relationship from start to finish.
I would gladly work with them again!

My experience with Oppizi Technologies Inc. has been extremely disappointing. I worked with the company for 2.5 years without any complaints or issues, always delivering high-quality work as a Manual QA Engineer.
However, when I encountered health issues and had to take medical leave (fully documented with a valid medical certificate), the company abruptly terminated my contract, violating the agreed 30-day notice period. Despite my efforts to continue working whenever possible, Oppizi falsely accused me of "misusing sick leave" without providing any explanation or evidence.
To make matters worse, they refused to pay me for 1.5 months of completed work, ignoring multiple emails and failing to honor the contractual agreement. I was forced to seek legal action to recover my unpaid wages.
After discussing my case with others, I learned that this is not the first time Oppizi has treated contractors unfairly. There have been multiple cases where the company failed to honor contracts, refused payments, and ignored legitimate concerns.
I strongly advise any freelancers or contractors to think twice before working with this company. If you value fairness, transparency, and respect, Oppizi is not the place to find it.

i was working for oppizi for around six months as I’m a student and need a part time job. However, each mission the manager couldn’t have the decency to reply like I understand there’s only one manager for the uk and can’t attend to everyone but it’s the common decency and as a young black girl in London handing out leaflets at dark hours of the evening. He couldn’t even move me to a different location for my safety or reply. That’s not even the end of it he suspended my account without notice even though I didn’t do anything wrong but told the truth on my mission feedback the manager of the uk Nicholas is very arrogant a racist and a privileged white man abusing his power

Muy mala empresa , te hacen cargar con muchos folletos , inhumano, casi un esclavo me sentí y cualquier error que tengas ya no te quieren pagar.No trabajen aquí, es un trabajo miserable.
…..and tbh I just expected a normal working atmosphere from this company ,nothing special,,!!but whoa I was totally impressed by the smooth and efficient performance of Oppizi.The managers here are really supportive, especially from my experience , If you are working in the guidance of Oliver(Head of Operations) he gonna bring your best performance out there !! No doubt in that!!..and Ashim (Regional Manager) I don’t think if it was someone else I would be working this energetically or happily in this company.These people do really care for u !!
I am really happy working with Oppizi.We have a good team.Its my pleasure to work under the guidance of manager Aashim.He is such a good leader who maintains a good rapport with fellow employees .
He consistently provides an open platform for us to express our concerns, enquiries ideas etc.Particularly I would like to mention Oliver and Sebastian sir.They are the backbone of our team.They are very supportive.
Overall I feel grateful to be part of this wonderful organization and I am looking forward to learn and grow with this amazing team.

Very welcoming and inclusive
One of the best companies to work with. I am been working with Oppizi for last 10 months and from my experience I can say that it’s a great company. Since I’m a student, i would like to have a flexible working atmosphere, and here I’m getting that. It’s a perfect place to stick with to get a career escalation. It’s a wonderful opportunity to work with this energetic team
I do not recommend working for this company in Germany for several reasons:
*The HR service is terrible : There are significant delays in salary payments, and the amounts are often far less than expected without any explanation. Emails requesting feedback go unanswered.
On a positive note, the city manager was professional and helpful. The job itself is manageable in good weather but is highly unsuitable during winter or cold conditions. I often fell ill due to working outside in cold weather.
Additionally, a lot of time is wasted without compensation like: picking up packages, between 2 missions, and in some cases traveling too far-off locations.
Overall, I deeply regret this experience.

Empecé con ellos porque en un primer contacto las condiciones parecían buenas. Pero en poco tiempo te das cuenta de que no es así. Supuestamente yo tenía un "team leader", esa persona era la encargada de planificar el trabajo y distribuirlo. Sin embargo, como él no hacía su parte del trabajo todo derivaba en que el superior me cargaba la responsabilidad del trabajo del otro. En Opizzi te dicen que tienen "espías" que van a evaluar tu trabajo... el espía que me evaluaba a mí era ese "team leader" que en lugar de asignarme lugares donde poder trabajar decentemente, llegaba a las cinco de la tarde fumand* un porr* y diciendo: okay lo haces bien.
Avisé con tiempo para que se planificaran lugares donde poder trabajar y no se hizo. Cuando, finalmente, por causas meteorológicas no se podía hacer el trabajo la solución del jefe era decir "tú ve igual aunque no hagas nada, así pasamos los datos". Ir a exponerte al frío, viento y lluvia de Galicia sólo para que ellos no pierdan un contrato con una multinacional. Y si te enfermas, te j*des, y si por estar enfermo no vas a trabajar, te j*des X2.
El jefe me llegó a decir que "me hacía un favor por el hecho de responderme"... Se le debieron olvidar todas las veces que, en lugar de decirle al "team leader" que se pusiera a currar, me decía: si me haces el favor...
Favores a ellos: 1000.
Ellos dispuestos a cumplir lo acordado el primer día: 0
Mensajes a cualquier hora, cualquier día. Exigencias disfrazadas con: "sería importante que pudieras...".
Te tratan de peón pero te exigen ser autónomo.
Y lo último es la facturación. Sólo se puede acceder a través de una app que ellos controlan. Cuando les comuniqué que cesaba mi actividad con ellos, me bloquearon de la app y no pude acceder a la facturación, me condicionaron para cobrar por mi trabajo, y aún a día de hoy creo que me deben dinero.
En fin, experiencias para saber dónde no volver.
Que cuentan conmigo con toda la confianza.
La ayuda para organizar la faena.

Me encanta repartir y tener contacto directo con la gente y responder sus preguntas y también quejas de la aplicación , horarios que permiten estudias , hacer deporte etc .
Ver un poco mejor los puntos de reparto ya que hay lugares donde no pasa gente solo eso .
