My redemption request been pending for 3 weeks. Tried to contact with support team several time but they never respond my mail.very harsh customers service

This survey site is completely fraud. They don’t ever release payment. I have taken many survey and earned more than 100 dollars. My earnings was pending for 2 months but when my earnings approved i have withdrawn my incentives but i never got my payment. I have sent multiple mails to support team but got no response

This survey site is completely scam. Their customers support is worst customers support i have ever seen. They shows their panel has lucrative amount earning opportunity but in reality they don’t give any payment. I have tried to contact customers support team but they never reply

I am a regular member of this website.their support team was very good quality.but In the last couple of months they didn’t provide timely payment and now a days their support team didn’t respond anything. I am very confused of their operations.

This company was a good survey site initially but now a days they don’t deliver payment. I had sent redemption request 4 weeks ago still my payment on pending. Many of my friends also complained about same issue. The customer supports are horrible they never reply my email. This company is completely scam

They are completely scammers. Their customer support not respond any questions. I withdrawal my incentives long time ago but still it is pending. But they claimed payment processing time upto 48 hours.

Great app good rewards. And totally legit. It did take 2 weeks for my reward so I was a little nervous that I was getting ripped off but then I got my confirmation.

They are thieves., They do not pay out,, 2 months I wait, and 4 emails.. not one reply ,, they are based in australia

Opinion inn has the highest paying survey

After finishing the surveys it takes a long time to approve the incentives. Even if this happen, being this amount made sure to redeem, they do not charge you the outstandig earnings.
It should have taken 48h to redeem, but you have to wait at least 3 weeks, not receiving any respond from the customer service and probably not willing to pay anything. I conclude this company as a big rip-off!!

I have been a member for sometime now and finally have enough to cash out my incentives! Requested for cashout & my fingers are crossed things go smoothly! I was hesitant at first about the platform since a lot of survey platforms don't usually have high paying surveys..
Usually they are only paying a few cents for 30 minutes of your time..glad I decided to do the surveys in my free time since the payouts for mine range from $1.50-$4.50! Can't complain about making a few extra spending dollars! Thanks OpinionInn for a positive experience!
