Great company , had issues at first with connection on our side but all
Sorted now w.George in particular answered a lot of my questions with professionalism and patience .

Rang Tech team @ Open Voip, spoke with my usual contact as I had a bespoke issue with my telephone headset, he talked me through the process of trouble shooting.

Ben & Jack didn't mess about getting out new business set up, got us a competitive rate on our broadband and got us online auper quick. Notging was ever too much hassle for them. We transferred our Internet broadband provision over to OpenVoip recently. Our outgoing supplier did not complete their actions correctly which meant that our telephone system stopped working, which as an SME this was critical to our business. Even though the telephones were not OpenVoip’s responsibility, they stepped in without hesitation to help resolve the issue.
I have to say, their support, advice and guidance through a very stressful situation was superb! They helped us navigate a very complex issue which ultimately led to our telephone service being restored.
Particular call out to Tom, the service manager who was excellent throughout.
