Great Experience
Reached out to Theo from Open Link to source a watch I’d been after for a while. The whole process start to finish was great, giving me multiple options to choose from at different prices. I settled on a second hand model and went to pick it up the following day.
Theo went out of his way to polish the watch beforehand and it was presented to me in its original box with papers.
It feels noticeably rare to receive such an attentive level of customer service. I’m glad to have reached out to him to source this watch. He’s got a lifetime customer out of me.
