The support (mainly through Luke) has been great at the Open college, I was unsure at first if I was doing the coursework correct and he got back to me very quickly and reassured me.
I am so impressed with all the paperwork, cd's, folders that you receive as part of this course too. It is very detailed and explains everything step by step.

The educational documents are highly informative and comprehensive. The help desk provided me with excellent assistance in a timely manner. Overall it was a great experience

My experience with the Open College was great. I received the course material shortly after enrolling. The book and course guide were in-depth to support my studies. And, when I emailed a question, I received a response within a couple of hours.

I received the course pack within days while I was still keen to get started. They provide everything you need to begin your course, guidance on how to study and a contact for queries or support.

You have a generous time to complete the course but at you need to manage it yourself, nobody hassles you (which is great for me) and it is up to you to do as much research and further study as you want in order to complete the course.

This has been an amazing experience and I‘m sure I will find more courses in the near future to enroll in.

This TCM course was very interesting but it requires a lot of discipline and dedication as it is very much self-studies.
some extra notes would have also been great but this gets you to do your own research to make sense of things. The course was enjoyable nonetheless.

The information pack was extremely useful and contained lots of valuable information. The text books that were included will be a useful tool going forward to use within our anger management interventions.

The course guidelines were exceptionally well explained and the course materials (three books) will be forever useful. Staff were very courteous and the coursework interesting and easy to manage within the six-month period. It was also very refreshing to study in this 'old-school' way as I had been also doing a lot of online study lately. Highly recommended!

Good course . I recieved all my information I needed through the post in great detail with what I had to do. However if you were stuck you would have to possibly wait awhile for a response.

From the very first contact with Open College my questions were answered swiftly and completely. Luke was assigned to assist me and he has been great. I'd thoroughly recommend becoming a member/student at the college. Excellent service all round.

I Can’t fault the process with Open College Uk everything for the course was delivered within a couple of days including a book to help me study and guidance on how to best use my study time. All information was explained very well with contact details for support during the course time I would highly recommend a course I’m already looking to do another one.

I did a canine massage course which was very informative and easy to follow. It was great learning a new skill and my package included everything I needed whilst being easy to follow

A perfect course to complement my other qualifications . Relevant literature to read and easy to follow instructions and clear help available should you require.

The course information arrived promptly and was easy to understand. It was a self study course but you do have access to help via email if you require it. The one time I required it I received a full answer almost by return. The course consists of a book and a large number of test questions which you work through as you read the book and I found this a good way to learn.

I needed more info about the course Im interested in. This was advised on the website to avoid complaints and disappointments after fees have been paid. This is strictly enforced apparently
After 2 attempts via the phone and 2 emails I received an auto reply saying they cant be contacted via phone, email or social media and that anything on the website cannot be guaranteed as accurate!!
Well thats reassuring isnt it?
They also give a diploma for just coughing up the money
In view of the fact that they cant even spell 'analytical' and 'Jung' correctly on their website , it doesn't hold out much hope for the quality of the course.
But I would love to be proved wrong if only someone from Open College UK LTD would get in touch with me

Luke was responsive and helpful throughout and I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

I highly recommend Open College Uk. I've done the psychosexual therapy course. They provided useful materials, I've learnt a lot from these books. Customer Support is great & very helpful. I'm super satisfied. Already thinking about the next course 😅
