Great service, fast turnaround, highly professional.

I used OSC to compile my Ops Manual for my SUAS PfCO application. They were efficient, responded quickly to my questions and supplied my completed manual, fully updated, very quickly.
My telephone calls where answered quickly and call backs regarding any
changes and updates for my manual were very prompt. The team that handled my application were able to answer my questions and I was confident that the manual they supplied was accurate and fully compliant.

Alex and his team have been incredibly supportive with the whole process. Going the extra mile to get you where you need to be ! i would recommend OSC to anyone top company

Excellent customer service and communications

because i had no time to update my opps manual I needed someone to do it quite quick, emailed these guys and within days I had it updated finished and sent via email with no problems what's so ever ! 5 stars all the way for me and I will be back for next renewal in a year's time

Such a nice firm to do business with. I had some issues with my ops manual that I needed hep with and got in touch with them. Even though they were officially closed for Christmas they still sorted it out and turned it around inside a day which i was very grateful for.

OSC produced an excellent manual.
Initially sounded expensive but worth every penny. Professional product produced and pain free for me!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff followed up with an updated version without my having to request it.
Highly recommended.
