Faulty watch. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Zero attention to detail.

I couldn't afford to go straight to Garmin and pay big bucks. So I had to be smart about it. I'd waited a long time and saved money up, totally old skool, I know. 🤣 Anyhow my boyfriend had used Oobuy before and recommended them. I had a look and there was a watch I liked for the amount I had saved. #Karma or what?? Delivery was prompt, item is great, what's not to like when you're not paying for frills? Totally recommend and would use again. 🤩

This part has not been fitted as yet but in terms of expediency in delivery it was first class.

My watch was delivered as described but there was an issue. Customer service was quick to respond and I was emailed a returned form and a replacement is on it's was. I'd give five stars if it wasn't for the fact I had to pay return postage and with insurance it was just under £10. By rights I should have received a prepaid package or offered postage reimbursement.

Delivered on time, great quality, just as described. Really happy with my purchase and service.

I ordered Garmin Dezl LGV1000 MT-D Truck HGV Sat Nav UK Europe Maps Newly Overhauled. I wanted to return it immediately as it was not to my expectations very bad sat Nat. Contacted oobuy through email and sent them a message through their official website twice. But it has been two months never heard anything from them. I did not wanted to return it them without the return form as, they will not accept it without the form. Honestly, they are just scammers If you are not happy with your purchase you will not be able to return the product back to them.

Bought a Garmin watch - I checked with them beforehand whether it was definitely the model I wanted.
I changed my mind and tried to cancel it on the same day - no response from them.
Eventually I got the item (unwanted) and it turned out to be the wrong model - completely wrong from what I was assured via email.

I have returned it. The company has received the item for over a week (with proof of tracking) but they are not refunding and don't respond to emails.

Having to dispute via credit card to get my money back.

Scam company - do not trust them.

After chasing again I have now finally received my refund. They were apologetic for the delay and the poor communication. I would say the company seems rather mismanaged and chaotic - they didn't advise of the correct product via email before ordering, they weren't able to cancel before dispatching and it took a lot chasing to get my refund. Proceed with caution.

Arrived quickly, looks and is brand new with everything you need in the box. Cheaper than anywhere else and with a longer guarantee! Why buy a Garmin item anywhere else. Really happy with my Venu 2.

I bought a Garmin refurb watch. Sadly it wouldn't pair with my fone and needed to be returned. Amazon's return label was to Oobuy and fairly close to me so I acted as courier.

The chap was very helpful and instigated the refund straight away.

Bought a garmin instinct 2s solar. The watch would not connect with garmin connect on android 14. I tested this with two more devices one on android 13. Wouldn't connect. My old forerunner was able to be reset and connect to all 3 of these phones. Contacted the customer service team who gave me bare minimum diagnosis help. Unit was sent back to them under the impression they would replace. It was then sent back to me. They told me worked on their test device an iPhone.

The issues I have is the watch was running 12.1 software from almost 2 years ago so they didn't check software version or anything and didn't fill me with hope they test their products correctly. I had to update software myself and try diagnose issue with the test modes. In end requested a refund and went else where after having to spend 3 weeks of my time and being roughly £20-£30 out of pocket having to print their return forms and send device back to them each time.

Their support reply time is at least pretty quick but it feels luck of the draw if you get a working product from them as I don't believe they test these devices thoroughly or they would have at least tested connectivity with ios and android and not just with one operating system. And on top of that if testing products correctly they would have installed latest software versions as part of they testing.

My replacement garmin from another site worked with all 3 of my tested phones so can only conclude the watch was faulty and untested.

I was looking to buy a garmin venu 2S and this website by far had the best price around. I was a bit hesitant to buy at first as I hadn’t heard of the company before but the watch is in perfect condition. Dispatch and delivery was extremely fast too. Will definitely be using here again!

Arrived fast unit looks new ,and all the cables, did a map and soft wear up date on Wi Fi all seems to be working ok ,paired up to my helmet head set with no problems not tried it on the bike yet, very pleased.
