Unmatched promises
I rated the experience with only 3 stars because they had agreed to send me the 4 rubber caps in case I'd need to remove the 4 wheels but I didn't receive them. So I was a bit disappointed. Overall, the product is as expected.

Beautiful furniture, delivered on time and very well packed. So if you are ordering from far, please don't worry - they know what they are doing:)

Watch out - returns go to US at your cost - more expensive to ship than the cost price!
Received the unit as ordered however we wanted to return as did not suit the area. Reasonable to assume the unit would return to Turkey but I was provided a US address - all shipping & customs are at customers expense - would have cost 100's more than value of the item to ship there. They only added the return address to their website after I queried this.

It arrived earlier than expected and came fully assembled. The material is strong and high quality, made of metal with a great paint finish.
