The customer support team is very helpful. They were able to resolve my issue within a day. The person that helped me was Christian. The Onyx app is easy to navigate and use but the UI/UX experience could be improved. It’s not as modern as other similar apps. Overall a great platform with generous sign up bonuses! The excellent customer support stands out above the competitors.

On 6/13/2026 I funded $500 into a new account on Onyx Odds. I then placed a wager for Minnesota Gopher Football to beat the odds of winning 3.5 games. The wager was accepted and we were all set.

Later on 6/16/2026, I checked back and it appeared that Onyx Odds removed the wager and cancelled the bet. They then "refunded" the $500 to my account. The issue is that they will not let me pull out the $500 into my bank account unless it's played through different bets with odds of -500 or greater.

This is clearly a bait and switch example of them receiving my money for a bet, then cancelling the bet, then making me bet on other bets that I do not want to place instead of just allowing me to pull out my money and transfer it to my bank account. They are claiming they are hiding behind the "sports Prediction Rules" and "Sweepstakes Rules" and not allowing me to fund my money to my bank account.

Great customer service and they make it easy to talk to. Highly would recommend this sportsbook if you like quality service

Consistency of keeping up with all major sports and displaying them for us to get a piece of the action. Your extra features are very clear to view 👌. And the support is very swift when called upon. The payouts could be a little faster but I'm sure you all will get better with time. Keep up the great work

I don't know much about the app because I just signed up, but I do no that their customer service is how the rest of the game should be . They were quick to respond back, very clear with instructions on how to fix my issue , and very patient as well.. it's just a better feeling when u know they got your back..

OK, so I signed up for the promo. Everything look good at first. The second bet I hit for 300 on a parlay. I think it was two more tries after that. I hit 170. I’m now on day five since I requested a withdrawal and haven’t received a penny. There is nobody to call. All you can do is email and I’m pretty sure that it’s just AI responding. I could be wrong on that yeah anyway I had to give it a one, but if I could, I would’ve gave it a zero. My username is. Bellarae if anybody from Onyx read this, I would love my money lol. I wish I could pin an attachment of an actual email of one of them responding. I kid you not it actually said the word scam in the subject.

Customer support is great, incredibly helpful. They resolved my deposit issue. Bonuses are great. And I’ve been able to withdraw successfully.

Reported a glitch that lead to a bad slip being mean. It was handled with speed and professionalism. Have not had any problems with customer support. That have a great and active discord as well.
The app has some problems but they are actively updating and working on it.

This is a great Sports betting app. I play this almost everyday. Few problems like lags(freezing) and some player props are unpickable for the game. Overall though, Onyxodds is the best sports betting app to me today. Where I live

They have mini games that are rigged .. it's ridiculous obvious. Played Blackjack and in 400 hands the dealer started with the advantage ie dealer showing 10 and player has 13.. 341 times. Raise your bet and it increases loss percentage. Notice patterns that are signs it's rigged. Collected data from a couple buddies as well. Almost the exact same statistics. It's unfortunate because the sportsbook is decent. They don't have a loyalty program and the boosts are small and typically 1 .. 15% boost. Once I was able to verify through the numbers they're operating rigged blackjack.. it made the whole product junk.
I had unintentionally hit on a 20. Asked for at least that back and nope.

I really enjoy using this platform, one of my issues is when the odds change they need to reflect in real time not when you try to place the wager. Other than that, I enjoy using there platform.

I just had a few quick questions. So I reached out to support by Email and Justin was very professional and he responded back in a very timely manner. I appreciate it so much. I am in customer service as well and this type of response goes far when clients feel like they have some kind of access to you.

UPDATE:(They gave me my $10 back)Tried to collect from two wins($24.30), couldn't withdraw & they closed my account.
They wouldn't even return my 10 bucks. I had almost $50 in Onyx money. All I did is try to redeem to get some gas money. There's many other apps, I would use besides this one.

They paid me....everyone I gave them one Star. Today they paid me. It just take one or two weeks Max. Trust me they Will pay you as long as you ARE sending emails AND been on top of it. Do it every two or three DAYS don't over do it. They Will pay you 💯😭 I love you onyxodds I'm so sorry lmfao

I still haven't received my money if it don't come soon I'm going to sue them my brother is a lawyer and I'm not putting up with this crap makes no sense to me
