Communication was excellent 👌
Communication was consistent and speedy through out entire transaction. Very professional. Product was exactly as described, professionally sealed and labeled. Haven't tried yet but will be evaluating soon. Shipping was a little shaky at one point but came through in the end.

Spent $200 on a vial that was not…
Spent $200 on a vial that was not received , customer service refusing to contact me at all. Super disappointed. I’ve sent numerous emails with no reply.

The staff was extremely communicative with my order and the delivery was top notch.
I highly recommend them for your needs. Excellent customer service and their product is top of the line.
Delivery was perfect and arrived in a couple of weeks with their tracking system working perfectly.
I can’t recommend them enough.

This is an unsolicited 100% honest review.
I am extremely satisfied with Onyx Genetics and the professionals that they employ. I have dealt with Max and he has shown me patience with the entire ordering process, payment methods and explaining delivery and why it takes the time that it does. Packaging and shipping follows a precise protocol and the customers anonymity is placed first and foremost. When you receive your first parcel you will understand what I’m talking about. It is well worth the wait to get your items , they are shrink wrapped and carry a hologram seal so no tampering could possibly take place.
This is my second time using them and the quality is as good if not better than what I can find in the USA. I am naturally a septic until something is proven to me and Onyx Genetics never disappoints and always comes thru. If you are looking for a quality product and honest company you have found it and need not to go any further. P.S the silver scratch off authenticator box checks out every time.
