With Onyx Financial we experienced an incredibly responsive team, always guiding us through the process and addressing any issues as soon as they arise.

Our questions were always answered in detail, clearly showing that the team is deeply knowledgeable in every facet of mortgages, insurance, and purchase process.

In our particular case, the conveyancers managed to let our mortgage offer expire months prior and only let us know when we had just under 2 weeks left until the new tax increase would cost us another £6,000 in fees. Hristina responded as soon as possible and managed to restore an alternative mortgage offer with the bank such that the purchase could complete just in time. We are incredibly grateful for this response.

In addition, we spent just over 2 years from when we started considering a purchase to when the purchase was complete. Onyx Financial was there for us for the entire 2 years and helped us to consider multiple mortgage deals as conditions changed throughout the time frame.

As others have said, this is one of the only companies (of any service) where we felt that they had our best interests at heart. We felt that they genuinely cared about our purchase and wanted to help as if they were in our shoes. This is incredibly rare to see in the UK.

We do not have any experience with other mortgage brokers, as this was our first purchase, but we will certainly never choose anyone else due to the fantastic experience we had. We highly recommend Onyx Financial for anyone considering a house purchase.
