If I could give a -10 star review

If I could give a -10 star review, I would. This company has the WORST customer service. They need to be held liable for packages not being delivered and should be held legally responsible for the loss that customers have to endure because of there couriers. I ordered an item from RevZilla to a business, and was told “the business was closed” when in fact this is UNTRUE and I have proof that this did not take place. Their couriers are LYING.

OnTrac is the worst delivery company…

OnTrac is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. This is the second package I've had marked as "delivered" when it never actually arrived. Now I'm stuck fighting to get a refund for an item I never received.

The first time this happened, I ended up eating the cost because it wasn't worth the hassle. This time, however, I'm not letting it go. A delivery company should be able to accurately track and deliver packages, and falsely marking packages as delivered is completely unacceptable.

If I had a choice, I would avoid any retailer that uses OnTrac for shipping. Extremely disappointing service and a frustrating customer experience

I rarely leave reviews

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with OnTrac was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others.

I was expecting a Walmart delivery that was scheduled to arrive yesterday. Instead of delivering my package, OnTrac reported there was an "address discrepancy." This was completely false. My address was correct, and every other carrier has successfully delivered to this location without issue.

Because of the delay and uncertainty, I took two days off work waiting for this package. Those lost workdays cost me approximately $3,175.00. During that time, there was no meaningful way to communicate with a real person to resolve the issue. Finding accurate contact information for customer support was nearly impossible.

When the package finally arrived, the box looked like it had been through a war zone. It was crushed, battered, and clearly mishandled during transit. No customer should receive a package in that condition.

I am a 15-year United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Special Operations. Accountability, integrity, and professionalism matter to me. What I experienced from OnTrac demonstrated none of those qualities.

What concerns me most is that my experience does not appear to be an isolated incident. A quick review of public customer feedback reveals countless reports of delayed deliveries, false delivery updates, damaged packages, address issues, and poor customer communication.

This review is not about revenge. It is about accountability. Companies make mistakes, but reputable companies acknowledge those mistakes, communicate with customers, and fix the underlying problems. OnTrac has an opportunity to improve its operations, customer service, package handling, and transparency.

Until those changes occur, I cannot recommend OnTrac to anyone. Based on my experience, this is one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely the worst delivery company…

Absolutely the worst delivery company ever I don’t know how they still exist I always provide my full address and delivery instructions and they never deliver any packages, I’ve ordered 2 things from rei and they shipped through ontrac and both times it just says attempted delivery needs additional information and never says what they actually need, absolutely the worst company that exists there is no 0 stars options.

If I could go lower I would

If I could go lower I would. These people consistently drop the ball. Every single time they are set to deliver a WalMart order for me I cringe because it always takes them multiple times to get the delivery done. They are either super lazy or completely incompetent and can’t read

No ETA window

No ETA window. It's independent drivers, so there is no consistency. Sometimes, it's on time, and sometimes it's delayed with no explanation. I hate being held hostage by deliveries. I'll pick up from the store going forward.

Beware - worst Delivery Service

This is the worst delivery service. Walmart refuses not to use them. Packages never arrive on time. Today, my package was not delivered. OnTrac had the correct address. It is a doorman building so very easy to deliver to. OnTrac claimed they were missing information. THEY WERE NOT!!!!tried to respond online- almost impossible. Took a half hour before I got a live agent. Confirmed my information which they already had. Absolutely no reason why package wasn’t delivered.

OnTrac failed to deliver, and failed to reimburse me

I bought a coat from Patagonia. They used OnTrac to send it to me. OnTrac driver left it in my rural PO box, did not bring to my house. It was addressed to my house. USPS took the package out and to the post office because, as everyone knows, courier companies cannot use mailboxes for deliveries. USPS boxes are for use only by postal carriers. Post office wanted $15 for postage to release the parcel. This is reasonable request. I contacted OnTrac carrier by text (5x over 6 days) and cntacted OnTrac headquarters by email 4x (this photo evidence of their mistake). Asked them to reimburse me $15. They stopped replying to me. TOTAL FAILURE of customer service by OnTrac. They made a mistake, and they refuse to correct their mistake. As if $15 will hurt their bottom line?

Company claimed it couldn't find my…

Company claimed it couldn't find my address. I sent them a Google maps route map form their depot to my house (19 minute journey) plus a picture of my house and the parked cars outside to help them recognise a house and cars !!! Then miraculously the item appeared. Driver also left a package for a house a few doors aways because, it was obviously too hard for him to find. Completely inept.

Next time just send my package via pigeon

This is the most ridiculous customer service experience I've ever had. First they lied and said they attempted to deliver the package but couldn’t. Then they said they need more information to deliver the package. What more information do you need to deliver a package to a regular house? Now my package has been sitting in one spot for days with no updates. The chat option is terrible. You pretty much have no way of actually speaking to someone on the phone and resolving your issues.

This carrier is the WORST

This carrier is the WORST! IF the package even arrives, it's just thrown somewhere in the driveway, regardless of the signs for those without any common sense. The front door is about 10 meters to the right!

My dog has a diagnosis of Heart failure, the medication she needs to stay alive was delivered out close to the street not at my gate as required in a place I Never would have found if my daughter had not seen the truck stop. Worst delivery Experience Ever!!!I never want ontrac again !!!!!!!

Absolute scam company.

Definitely not a recommendation.. 3 times Victoria online purchases not delivered.. I assume theft is involved. Do not trust delivery

Businesses using OnTrac losing another customer.

I will be moving away from purchasing through businesses who only use the company OnTrac for shipping. Twice with problems is enough. Having managed businesses I do understand cost savings to the bottom-line, But not at the expense of losing customer base. So I join with the thousands of others reviewing this company with this lowest rating.

Package undeliverable?

I have two packages coming to my house from the same seller. They were marked as out for delivery at 11:16 and then 11:20 I got a message saying business was closed and I needed to give them hours of operation. So, I looked into where they were being shipped from. They are over 20 min away from my home. They didn't even attempt to deliver the package. This package never even left their facility, and they don't allow you to pick it up. Absolute Garbage Company.

Reliable Company

One of my favorite online stores started shipping packages using OnTrac a few months ago. I was unfamiliar with the company and did not know what to expect, but I should not have been worried. I have since received approximately ten shipments through OnTrac from that retailer and from a couple of others. My experience has been very positive. Packages have arrived quickly, tracking information has been accurate, and deliveries have been completed without issue. I have come to trust OnTrac based on my experience.

Cheap service isn't great

I understand with how the Economy is today that everyone wants to save money, even the companies, but when people order online they are expecting their items in a timely manner. You don't get that with OnTrac. They are bad for a reason, they don't have professionalism at all. Unlike those of FedEx, UPS, even the USPS have semi decent professionalism than OnTrac. You can't contact OnTrac with delivery instructions, and they don't have time frame when delivering packages. They don't even care if they damage your items, they do whatever they want and to hell with the customer that ordered the items. It's sad, but truthful.

bought an item from Intex on Amazon

bought an item from Intex on Amazon. It was promised yesterday. wait all day, then at 8:15pm "out for delivery" changes to "delivery pending" - today, it says "out for delivery" again. opened chat, they told me it wasn't on the truck yesterday, but they did load it correctly today. I asked how they knew, and he said he can't say, just that it is on the truck. Can't trust amazon, but they are too big to fail at this point. Also cant trust OnTrac.. hopefully they go under. Worst delivery service ever. Have more trust in Doordash.
