Chewy should not use this carrier

Chewy should not use this carrier. They left my package a half mile from my house at the gate to our complex. There is a keypad at the gate which is used to contact residents. Package was left next to the main road! LAZY LAZY LAZY

If I could give this company half a star…

If I could give this company a half a star or zero stard I would horrible customer service and is only through chat I ordered something and I put in the notes business hours between 8:30 and 4:30 and they decide to show up at 6:00 two times now customer service tells me that they will read deliver my package in one to two business days meanwhile it's graduation clothes that's in that package and I ordered it with enough time so I can get it for my kids graduation when you speak to someone through chat they dismiss you and they closed the chat without even finishing the conversation

Do NOT use this service if you expect…

Do NOT use this service if you expect to receive your package. Their customer service is pathetic. They leave packages outdoors at 10:30 p.m.

They deliver late and leave things in unsecure locations and take NO responsibility for their inadequacy.

Issues every single time....

I do not know why big name companies continue to go through this company as they most likely have to send another product to the customer as the package is either delivered to the wrong address, damaged, or stolen. When ever I see this company have my package I literally cringe because it is always going to be a bad experience, lo and behold it never fails. I would rather pay the extra premium charge to go through UPS, FedEx, or USPS then to have this company get my money.

AWOL DeliveryPerson

Texted me that they needed access code or more information for a needed item from Home Depot All I got was horrible cheap Chat Bots! Single family addition since 1960! Indianapolis, IN Horrible, Horrible!

OnTrac is by far the worst delivery…

OnTrac is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. They delivered my package to the wrong house. They snapped a picture and it was not my porch. I sent an email stating that. The response I got back never even addressed my concern. Delivery driver INCOMPETENT! Customer service INCOMPETENT! If you want/need your package delivered make sure whoever the merchant is does not use this company!!!

Package lost to the void

I ordered a very important package and sent them our company's hours of operation two or three times. They tried to deliver outside of our hours the first attempt and the second attempt they delivered it to the wrong location, an Amazon locker who knows where. I reached out right away to problem solve but they have zero customer service. They should not be in business.

HORRIBLE Experience

I have been so disappointed by this company. I have only had experiences with this carrier twice and BOTH times have been beyond annoying. The first time, they delivered my package to the wrong building. The Apt. number was correct, but complete wrong building in my complex. I tried to reach out to open a case, and they took so long to get back to me and there's no phone number for service. Second time, they delivered my package to my building, but wrong Apt. number! When I contacted them about this, they told me, and I quote, "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation". They basically told me to contact the seller. The fact there isn't a phone number or email contact for these issues is very concerning and I deeply hope I never come across another company that uses this shipping carrier.

When I think back upon all the packages…

When I think back upon all the packages of mine that have been stolen, they have mainly been packages delivered by ontrac. They never ring the doorbell and leave the package in full view of the street! I had when I order something and I get an ontrac tracking number.

SHADY COMPANY!

NEED I SAY MORE. LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS 1 STAR OUT OF 3,300 REVIEWS IS ABSOLUTELY SHADY. I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO ADD MY EXPERIENCE. THEY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEM AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
I BELIEVE THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES STEALING OR MISHANDLING CUSTOMERS’ PACKAGES AND THE COMPANY WOULD TELL YOU TO CONTACT YOUR SELLER.

I was told my package was delivered..

I was told my package was delivered... Ok cool I go to the front porch to grab it. Oh not there. Annoyed I check the photo proof seeing if they delivered to the other complex which they have done a few times. Nope. I see a house, which I have no idea where it is. I message OnTrac. No this isn't delivered. I don't live here. Your driver delivered to the wrong house. They open a investigation... 48 hours later. Investigation completed we did nothing wrong it was marked successfully delivered. No if it was successfully delivered I would have the products I ordered in my possession. So I email them again, here is a successful delivery from a previous delivery you made to my porch at my apartment, and the most recent delivery to a random house. Again, I live in an apartment complex, you delivered to a house. Your delivery driver dropped the package off at the wrong address.

I don't know how they don't think they are at fault here? Now I have to hope the company I ordered from accepts the package as lost

Edit to add: we checked with the postmaster out of curiosity if he knew where the house was, we live in a small town. He said it's too nice and the delivery wasn't even in the city! Also apparently OnTrac deliveries are the most misdelivered packages they receive.

Worst "delivery" service ever.

Pkge was in my town and they didn't deliver - said there was a problem. I had signed up for text alerts and they never alerted me. This is not the first time I've had problems with OnTrac. I am going to write to TJMaxx and Marshalls and urge them NOT to us OnTrac ever again. They are horrible. They ask you for your tracking number and then say it's not valid, but they gave you tracking info on it earlier in the day. Clueless. Should be put out of business

Thievery at its best.

Picture taken of my package in the mail room, not in the locker out in the open for anybody. I looked at all the reviews and have to agree completely that they are a piece of crap company and cannot be trusted, trash.

Delivered package to wrong address

Delivered package to wrong address. The picture they provide shows the package in a garage that I do not have. Cannot speak to a human. If a human had gotten involved, they could have called the driver since I called as soon as I received notification hat it was "delivered" and I knew it wasn't. But since you cannot speak with a human, nothing could be resolved quickly and customer loses out. Now I will have to wait all over again for my shipment. No company should use them. They will only cost you more money in the end.
Update: I have submitted requests, emailed, called, and there is no getting through to any intelligent being. In every single one of my communications with them, I acknowledged that they say it was delivered and provide a picture of the delivery, but I do not have a garage and that is not a picture of my delivery address. I keep it simple and clear. Despite explaining this clearly and on multiple occasions, my last correspondence from them stated that there is a picture showing proof of delivery on my tracking link. Totally clueless.

OnTRASH

The worst delivery service there is. Not sure why companies continue using this scam to ship orders. From mishandling to lost orders to horrible customer service.

Companies should allow customers to select which carrier ships their orders. This company is a SHAM. Avoid using at all costs. They contract drivers that are getting paid pennies to deliver products, and this results in a horrible experience altogether.

2 for 2 no delivery

Had 2 deliveries within the last month and both times they advised they were unable to deliver or a bad address. Both times they never attempted to deliver and just said unable. Spoke to the manager and they agreed the employee didn't even try to deliver as they are 45 mins away and marked it incomplete after 10 mins of having the package. Don't use this company. We stopped buying from places that utilize them. We are still 1 package short of 2 deliveries. Both were complaints.

OnTrac aka Lasership are terrible

OnTrac aka Lasership are terrible. I live in a secured building. Their delivery drivers continue to leave my packages outside of my apartment complex building despite my multiple complaints it continue to happen and now it's the third time. Prior to when my apartment was unsecured meaning anyone can easily walk into my building, the OnTrac (used to be called Lasership) driver would leave my packages inside of my hallway, instead of simply walking upstairs. That's how awful these people are. It's almost as if the drivers run things instead of management team because all of my complaints seem useless because their drivers continue to leave my packages outside of my apartment complex instead of requesting entrance and leaving at my actual apartment front door. I just had another package that was once again left outside of my apartment complex today June 29, 2026. You see why OnTrac management is terrible because despite all my complaints, all four of my deliveries were all mishandled. I had this issue with FedEx and their management resolved the issue after bringing it to their attention unlike OnTrac. I wish Walmart would stop using this company.

Carrier did not follow delivery…

Carrier did not follow delivery instructions after the first attempt. Not only was I home when first attempted but there was no ring or knock on residence door. Within hours of the first attempt I updated system with delivery instructions. I subsequently updated it three times while physically posting instructions on outside door. There was also a large package drop box on property that was labeled & ignored. There was no indication in system that delivery instructions was updated or delivery re attempted. I have dated screen shots of my instructions update request. I could not get in touch with a live agent as well. Product was returned to shipper.
