I cannot speak highly enough about Vish, Jay and the OtG team. The care and effort that they all put into our move was amazing and enabled us to actually almost relax and enjoy the day, certain that we were in safe hands. The preparation and protection was also second to none with stuff being carefully wrapped and labelled with probably more care than we would have taken ourselves - nothing was left to chance.
Our move went super smoothly and we are delighted with the service from On The Go.
One point to note is that these are busy and hardworking guys so if you call or message them during the day you may not get a contact back until the evening. But that is a good thing because we knew when it came to our move, they were totally focused on getting that right and giving us a good service and not distracted by other things. Five stars is the least I would give - if it were possible to give six, I would.

I'm only giving them 5 stars because I can't do 6. They were great. They made sure they knew what was being moved, were prepared to move it all without help (a whole storage unit). Quick responses, friendly, professional. I honestly don't know what to say but you definitely need to give them a shot if you need anything moved. Decent price as well, you couldn't ask for much more. 6* star service, give them a call.

Vish and the team were brilliant in terms of their flexibility and support in moving what was some quite precious belongings for us for our wedding. Not only taking stuff to the venue but also returning it all to us safely post the wedding also.

Complete admiration for Vish and Ray who refused to let this particularly difficult job defeat them! Combination of strength, problem solving and sheer determination meant that what was a particularly demanding job was carried out brilliantly. I was concerned damage could have been caused but I shouldn’t have worried!! Excellent service, will definitely use again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

Vish and his team were incredible. They arrived on time as planned and carefully and expertly wrapped and moved the entire contents of my flat into a storage unit. They have such a great attitude and it made the process of moving a breeze where it would usually have been stressful. I will definitely be using them when I move from the storage unit into my next home.

Vish and the team gave a competitive quote to move the contents of my storage unit from London to the West Midlands. The whole process was stress free and professional - I wasn't able to be there in person but Vish kept in regular contact, keeping any fragile items protected and secured and delivering everything as it had been found. They took total pride and care in their work. Would definitely use again.

I called needing same-day services. If you’re short on reading time—Vish went above and beyond! If you have time, keep reading. I called him initially to move just a bed and bed frame. He was super flexible on accommodating the small item. Some hours later (because he was soo personable), I decided to have him quote me for moving items from an event later on the same evening to the storage unit. He was extremely communicative, punctual and super organized. All of my staff and myself were extremely impressed at the job that was done packing his own truck and then the storage unit. The fact that we still had space left over in 100 sqft unit was impressive. This is your guy if you want someone to pay attention to the details and give you value for $. I’m now trying to use him every month for my event transport and storage!
