HAPPY CUSTOMER …
On site shredding came to us brought the 240 litre bin into the garage where we had all our documents he lifted all the tubs into the bin then took it the the van. We were able to watch our documents being shredded securely
I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again

Excellent professional service. Even took extra time as some documents had spirals & plastic covers we were unaware of. No extra charge. Also cheaper then other quotes

Great money saving option to ‘meet the truck’ for shredding. $77 for a bin full of old papers. So great to declutter the study.

Able to shred sensitive commercial documents on site
Closing down a small home business and needed to shred confidential, sensitive commercial material and diaries. On site shredding made it easy for me to achieve without having to travel to do it. Saved me time and therefore money. David was particularly helpful and easy to deal with.

Very prompt with reply for quote, and then with appointment for the actual shredding.
However, the timing on the day was delayed which was a bit inconvenient.
The shredding was straightforward and efficient, and your staff affable and helpful.

They know their shredding
David was incredibly helpful from the very first phone call requesting a quote. Prompt replies to emails. Very thorough booking confirmation so we could make sure everything was ready when they arrived.
Communication is great, a phone call to ask if they could arrive early was appreciated. James was delightful when he arrived and got the job done quickly with a smile. Payment by credit card on the day with a mobile EFT machine worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend.

Only way to shred.
OSC is great way to efficiently dispose of confidential documents. Just took my documents to a public site and everything was quickly loaded into their shredding truck while I was there. Very friendly and helpful operator. 150Lt of documents gone in a few minutes. No waiting for companies to deliver and eventually pick up secure bins and very cost effective.

I have used onsite Shredding in last workplace and I was very satisfied with their service. I moved employment and I always had their details in my mind. I call them from my current employer for onsite shredding bins. They quickly responded to my enquiry and with no time bin was delivered to our address. David (staff) is always very helpful and his friendly nature is always a win for us. He quickly responses any kind of enquiry and solve the problem. I will always use them in future.
