David was the owner, James the onsite shredder.
David was very good to deal with. He provided a full explanation of what the truck mounted shredder can handle and how various old files, DVDs and books etc in our office can be dealt with. The expected costs were listed as well. Plastics were sorted by us before the shredder truck arrived allowing the paper to become a recyclable waste stream. James was the operator on the day. He was friendly, courteous and worked fast to fill the 240 litre bin several times. He then mechanically lifted each one and tipped the bins, one by one into the conveyor. It was great to see so much of the old office materials disappear. I would be happy to recommend their services.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Inquired online, one of the guys turned up 2 days later with a big wheelie bin, filled it up with our docs and took it to the truck to be shredded. Simple and efficient.

David was easy to contact, communicated easily and effectively and arranged to pick up some documents from my home (I didn’t even know that sort of service existed, so that was such a bonus!)
David arrived when he said he would, and I watched the documents being shredded by the apparatus in his truck.
David made (what I thought would be a difficult process) easy. So effective. On a Sunday too! I highly recommend Onsite Shredding Company to solve the problem of what to do with all the documents that have accumulated.

Very efficient and pleasant company to deal with
Arrived when they said they would. Transferred all the cartons of files into their hopper bin and shredded everything on site. Delightful people to deal with. Very reasonable price and I highly recommend this company. I’ll be using then again.
