Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?

Ordered Rx...company never contacted the Vet. My dog needs Rx on Monday...will not happen due to slack attempts to reach Vet.

The price was competitive for the items I needed and the special discount offer put it ahead of others, I only gave it a four because the online ordering was not as easy to navigate as it could have been.

The webpage has a glitch: it doesn’t like to have the 4 digit zip code extension entered. Having said that, the chat line worked well and we got it resolved.

Good prices and mostly easy-to-do website. The graphics on the order site could have been just a little bigger and have more contrast, to make it easier to see and input all the required info. It was just a little frustrating having to type in all the pet info twice, maybe when ordering a second medication, you could just put the pets name, and not have to go through the breed, year born, and sex questions a second time. Also, why do you have to input the vets name, clinic, address etc, a second time? Do people really have two different vets, one for the Heartgard and a different vet for the Nexguard?

Great variety. Found exactly what I needed for my pets. Easy to navigate.
Fantastic they donate Rx to pets in need, will definitely purchase Rx meds for my pets in the future from Only Vet Meds.

Even though we had some obstacles, Serena was pleasant to work with and she made me feel valued. She put in her effort to be flexible, understanding, and helped secure my pet's near future, even if for a bit. She is the only person that ever answered the phone when I called. Didn't notice the SAVENOW discount code until after I applied TAKE5 discount code and was unable to change the discount code I applied. It only amounted to $1.30 difference so I placed order anyway!

I received my dogs heartworm medicine within a couple of days of ordering and the price was lower than any other website. I will definitely be ordering from OnlyVetMeds.com again!

Price was better than the Vet and they had stuff in stock that other sites didn't. There was an issue with shipping that caused a slight delay, but they made it right when I contacted them.
