Junior golf set ordered, was an issue with availability one of the clubs, communicated perfected and resolved with no additional cost.

Battery arrived within 36 hrs. Now charged but haven't used yet. Excellent service

I enquired about winter wheels early Dec Ed took my name as they were out of stock but said he would keep me notified and that he did saying they wouldn't be available till mid Feb wasn't happy but not a lot a could do . Then Ed got in touch mid Jan saying they had acquired some and promptly made order which I received the day after.

Golf bag was great and delivered in good time, only slight disappointment was the colour I did originally choose was out of stock. However, they were very quick to point this out and offer an alternative.

I had to return an item bought from their website. This was dealt with efficiently with good communication and email updates.

Good price and great communication

I only ordered our grandson’s golf bag on Monday and it was delivered at 11:15 am yesterday morning by my favourite courier company DPD. As this is to be a Xmas present and I had been let down by 2 other companies I couldn’t ask for more from Only Birdies.

Prompt delivery, well packaged & at a great price. Best price I could find actually.

Despite a slight setback in delivery, the vendors communication was excellent and the item delivered shortly afterwards.

Website easy to navigate, regular updates on delivery and products packaged really well.
Impressive service all round, was so impressed I ordered again!
