Отличный сервис беру прокси тут не в первый раз. В случае не рабочего прокси или блока на сервисе что я использую, что сейчас стало крайне редко возвращают деньги на баланс.

Great Customer Support

I had an issue with one of the proxies, and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Their service is excellent, and I'm definitely sticking with them for the long term.

Great website

I modified my comment due to their poor service. They now have the worst proxies and their speed does not exceed 20 kilobytes. I am forced to wait days and weeks to get a proxy. I suggest they close this site.

We sincerely apologize for your negative experience. We endeavored to assist you, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. Allow us to clarify what occurred.

Firstly, we operate as a marketplace with numerous partners offering mobile proxies. However, mobile proxies are not always 100% reliable. At times, they may experience downtime or operate very slowly. While we have tools to mitigate such issues, there are situations where our options are limited. In such instances, we offer a full refund. Your proxy exhibited significant issues, and refunds were issued on multiple occasions. The primary concern lies in the fact that you consistently purchased proxies from one of our mobile proxy partners, resulting in recurrent problems. We acknowledge that this is our responsibility; our interface and certain functions may not be entirely clear.

Furthermore, upon identifying the owner of the problematic proxies, we contacted them, but unfortunately, the issues persisted. Consequently, we have severed our relationship with the proxy owner and removed their proxies from our service.

We have refunded the funds to your account balance. If you prefer, we can transfer the refunded amount to your personal account. Simply inform us via the chat on onlineproxy.io.
