I am extremely unhappy with how the order was handled and order was accepted initially for later canceled without any proper warning or any explanation.
I would have appreciate some honest communication rather than being told I had requested the cancellation. Mistakes can happen but the way the situation was handled made the experience much worse.

They charged me over £17 for medicine kept me waiting and refused to issue me with a refund I've just remembered. Another chemist was chatging £5 for the same product but I never received it and another one was charging over £21.
Sent the incorrect tablets I required. They were prompt in getting back to me, but had to wait a few more days for delivery than I would have liked. I got a voucher so that helped alot.

Placed an order for a friend a week ago. Order never arrived, so I emailed to ask if it had shipped since the order status was at 'processed'. Received a terse reply today that they had emailed a query to me about the order, which I defintely DID NOT receive, so my order was cancelled. Funny, I received a cancellation only TODAY after I emailed them. I don't like bring jerked around.
