None delivery of glasses
None delivery of glasses. Had to chase the company none stop and will not answer or return calls. It’s been a month since ordering and they now won’t respond to emails. Terrible service. Avoid.
Updated: I have now received an extremly rude response via email from this company accusing me of telling untruths. They have not once returned or answered a phone call. And failed to stick to the 14 working day delivery term as stated by themselves in an email dated 30/1/26.

Dear Mr Fowler, your comments above are absolutely untrue. We have acknowledged all of your numerous voice messages & replied to all 7 of your emails since you ordered on the 29th January, with specific details on expected delivery.
Due to the bespoke, prescription, transitions, thin, MAR coated varifocal lenses you ordered having every option possible, they take longer to make, however timings are guidance & not exact to the day, as explained to you in all of our replies. Your comments do not reflect the service you have experienced to date and are untrue.

Really nice quality glasses
Really nice quality glasses that arrived on time (once I was able to clarify what that time was)
The only criticism - make it clear what lenses have a longer lead time, I went for a blue light filter only (no prescription), which attracted rhe longer lead time, but the wording implied that was only for actual prescriptions.
I didnt mind waiting and I am happy with the glasses and how they look.

Great service!
Their website contains clear and easy to follow information for choosing and ordering glasses. The choice is varied and the prices are reasonable. They are the only supplier I have found that offers special lenses/lens coatings for drivers and I have found those excellent in use. Their despatch and delivery service is efficient and they were happy to deliver to our address in France.

Very good prices, better tracking needed
Very good prices, so thought I would give them a try. The order process is simple, and I had a quick confirmation email, but there is no way to track progress online, so after 10 days I chased via email. The delivered product is fine and a sturdy case.

Glasses never arrived, no communication
Glasses never arrived, seller singulaly unhelpful, ignoring emails etc. Had to initiate a dispute through PayPal and got my £300 back after months of waiting. Do NOT trust this seller.
UPDATE: its a pity that the owner of the site puts less effort into replying to emails and refund requests then he does stroppy replies to honest reviews on here. The games up pal. We've all posted our experiences because your business is so poor. They're also know a as THOMASEYEWEAR.CO.UK, so beware.

Avoid using this company
Initially i was happy when I received the glasses. However I had an issue with them and have been trying to contact the company for a month now. I have been ringing them, all you can do is leave a message and sending a lot emails but nobody gets back to you. Please avoid this company, this is the worst customer service I have ever had
