Unfortunately, we had not received any message from you before this review and were not given the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue. For damaged or temperature-affected deliveries, we normally require photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products so that we can raise a formal claim with our delivery partner and assess what happened.

If you experience any issue with an order, please contact us directly as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible. This allows our team to investigate quickly and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry that your latest experience fell well below the standard you have previously received from us.

A three-day delay is frustrating enough, but having to repeatedly chase us by chat, email and phone for updates understandably made the situation much worse. We also apologise that the £20 voucher promised by our customer service manager has not yet been received.

We appreciate that you have been a long-standing customer, and we certainly do not want one poorly handled order to undo the trust you have placed in us over the years.

Please contact our customer service team with your order details and mention this review so we can ensure the promised £20 voucher is issued and properly resolve this for you.

What you’ve described is completely unacceptable and not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to. Supplying anything that is not fresh or up to quality—especially something you’ve described as spoiled—is something we take extremely seriously. We fully understand how disappointing and concerning this must have been, particularly given the amount you paid.
