I began my makeup career almost 15 years ago, working for number of brands at counters, and also as a freelance artist, mostly for bridal. In 2020, I stepped away from the industry for 5 years. I made a decision to come back to the industry last year because I missed it, but I wanted to refresh my skills, get my creative juices flowing again, and most importantly become a certified makeup artist.

I came across the OMA Bridal Makeup and Hair course, and I'm so happy with my experience. I loved the flexibility of the course, as it is self-paced. The information is thorough and relevant. Although I have a lot of experience with bridal makeup, I had never done hair, so I really appreciated the hair module. I now feel more confident to explore hair and learn more.

Having access to a mentor during your course is invaluable. Yzabella was amazing, and I really appreciated her feedback.

You will definitely work in this course, but it is absolutely manageable, and everything you learn is valuable information. The hands-on homework assignments are a great way to practice not only makeup skills, but collaboration and content-making skills as well. I would recommend this course for beginners, all the way up through experienced artists.

This makeup course is so great for those who don’t have the time to complete the traditional in person courses.
