Order 18 packs of cavity insulation, only 11 was delivered. Had to chase to get the remaining 7 packs but delivered soon after.

Gave you an options for delivery date only to change the day before it arrived.
Customer services wasn’t very helpful!!

simple to order on line, best price, good delivery time

Online Insulation had in stock the product I was seeking at a decent price compared to others who had no stock. The website was easy to use as was making the payment. The whole transaction was easy and straightforward. The tiles came on the day I had asked for although there was a short delivery of 2 tiles. This didn't affect the project I was working on as I had to buy a few more tiles than I needed. Online Insulation responded to my e-mail the same day and organised a refund for the short-delivered tiles.
I would definitely use them again.

To start I was going to be charged delivery because I'd selected items from different categories even though the total exceeded the minimum spend. I paid, the money left my account. Within the hour my order was cancelled by email because they weren't able to deliver to my area but I had to wait several days for a refund. Surely area stock levels should be known if advertised for sale

I placed couple of orders with this company on the second order i asked phoned up and asked to change the quantity. The guy told me to send an email, i said i need to do it over the phone because i am very busy and on the move. He said not you have to send an email. I said i want to to it now please then he hang up on me.

I wrote a genuine review to simply express my experience without a single lie. Instead of contacting me and trying to make it right, The owner of this company then went and left a revengeful review on my business which had nothing to do with this transaction or company. ITS UNBELIEVABLE. First time i have come accross someone like this. I would not reccomend anyone any dealings with this company.
