I get my clones here every year and it is always a stress free transaction. Strains are always great and clones are healthy. If there is an issue with a weak clone that does not make it, it is replaced with no issue. When emailed I always receive a response within a Cpl hrs sometimes instantly. I would for sure refer everyone here for great clones and exceptional customer service.

I had written a previous review about the clones that I received being pretty poor quality. Well just wanted to say that online clones reached out to me through email and apologized. They also mailed me new clones that are absolutely beautiful ❤️

Order not received after nearly 4 weeks, when their initial auto email after purchase said it would be 1-2 weeks. Multiple inquires have gone completely unanswered. No phone number on the website to contact them. No response from multiple direct email inquiries, or their websites chat bot, etc. I'll change up my review if things get resolved but for now this outfit seems like a complete scam.

Hi when we looked up your order it showes that it was delevered. We have a prossing time if 2 weeks and this review was left 3 days after your order was place. Unfortunately that does not give us enough time to prosses your order I have reached out you via email to confirm you recived but we didn't get a response back.

My order was initially delayed (UPS fault), and when I checked tracking I reached out to OnlineClones and they responded within a few hours.
The plants were packaged snug and tightly, and arrived 2 days after shipping. Transplanted and took a bit of care to bring them to grow, and that was expected.
Because of the delay in shipping (not their fault AFAIK), they offered me free seeds and even let me choose the strains.
Good communication and customer treatment.

Update of my experience

This was a phenomenal bud In the end, I had two clones grow too maturity and I got only about 5 ounces, but I would recommend these .

Well, I ordered their gardener special for about $250 including tax and shipping great deal I thought and should’ve been shipped within a few days. It seems they packaged the product and it sat on the shelf for a week so the plants were in the dark after not seeing my order updated on UPS for one week iMessage support and a couple days later, they got back to me saying they forgot to send it and they sent them right away and it was here within 48 hours. The thing is the clones were half dead with one not surviving, possibly two more not going to survive but the kind that they sent were phenomenal so not total bad experience, but I only give them a two star because they did send the order. But I did receive the order eventually and I did get what I ordered just for not very healthy at all.
