Arrived 48hours later and ice pack melted so I have no idea how the Pen has been stored.
I am very apprehensive to use it due to poor storage before receiving and the current heat wave!
I e mailed customer service and no wine has come back to me.

Service and delivery was fast and efficient, no complaints there, however the most important thing is the actual product itself. The medicine I was sent should usually last me up to nine months, unfortunately the batch I was sent was way too close to the expiry date, just ten weeks. When I buy in a regular chemist the expiry date is usually two years. The majority of the medicine I was charged for will have to be disposed of without use.
