Nothing but perfect each time I have dealt with them. If wrong part sent, NP new part sent out. Or I return for a refund. I have done both a few times but out of the amount of times I got from here they have been nothing but perfect. I don't believe the bad comments here are for OnlineAutoParts but rather that scamming eBayer AutoPartsOnline. I have had very bad experiances with them clowns. But I would give 10/10 for OnlineAutoParts everyday.

Omg. Worst company to deal with that I have ever experienced. They provided me with goods that were incorrect. There after sales is non existent and they are almost entirely unavailable to contact. I needed up cutting my losses, even though I paid for return postage, I never received a refund or communication other than “you need to try a different department” but they would not give me an email address and they said they have no phone numbers to contact them.
I strongly warn against any transactions with this company

Stay Away from Online Auto Parts: Terrible Products.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly awful my experience with Online Auto Parts has been. They are a company to avoid at all costs. Not only did they send me the wrong brake rotors despite assuring me they would fit, but their customer service was also utterly dreadful, providing no assistance in rectifying the issue.

The fact that I'm not even willing to give them one star speaks volumes about their complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The company's cheap and inconsistent products, along with their abysmal attitude towards resolving customer issues, make them a terrible choice for anyone in need of reliable auto parts and service.

In summary, stay clear of Online Auto Parts. Don't waste your time, money, and sanity dealing with their substandard products and appalling service. There are plenty of other reputable companies that value their customers and provide quality products. Steer clear of this one, or you'll regret it.

Ordered a service manual for my Ford Territory on Monday - it arrived on the Tuesday! Couldn't believe it, thought I'd leave a review as it's rare to receive items quickly when online shopping in Australia. Thanks guys.

Not even going to waste any more time than necessary. Just don't do it, go somewhere else. Anywhere. Make whatever you need out of cardboard and duct tape. You're welcome.

I ordered some brake pads and rotors and I was very impressed with their service. The parts arrived quickly, were well-packaged, and fit perfectly on my car.

Wrong parts sent ..... please note that they are sending left-hand drive parts to the UK. The company requests a VIN number for the wiper blades...

Very unhappy - not recommended. I purchased 2 x front wheel bearings in June 2021. After one year (only 3000kms) the bearings failed a WOF. I contacted the seller and they assured me they never have issues with these, and in the end the WOF place passed me because how could both bearings fail within 3000kms? Now one year down the track (only 8000kms) the bearings are stuffed and they are refusing to refund me because they are a few days outside the warranty period (even though I contacted them a year ago, well within the warranty period, and it's the same problem).
They are offering me discounted replacements which I don't want because the parts are obviously poor quality (BOTH sides are stuffed) so I would end up in the same position.
Lesson learned: buy quality parts from a reputable trader instead.

Needed a part for the weekend on Tuesday so PAID extra for a courier delivery. Item was shipped in a couple of hours BUT via AP standard service (notified by AP app). Rang straight back to ask why and was given some made up story about a computer error. So if you need a part fast, buy somewhere else!

After publishing this review I've received a call from OnlineAutoParts offering apologies for the mistake and full refund of the shipping cost.

BEWARE!!, These guy charge GST on items that are exported, when the law states that they should not.
Johno and Michael both shown a copy of the relevant
government requirement, but refuse to deduct the GST.

I needed a special gasket for a thermostat housing on a Holden Cruze (surprise, surprise!). These guys didn't carry it but they sourced it, created an invoice so I could add it to a cart and use afterpay and then express posted it for me. I had it home delivered in UNDER 2 days from order! This is not my first time buying from them and all I can say is my experiences have been excellent. They want to try to go the extra mile for you, delivery is super quick and the prices are hard to beat anywhere.

Ordered parts for VT Commodore, really good service,parts are exact fit ,quality,great prices. New Disc Rotors, grooved with Tora pads included@$97..good brake pedal feel, very little bedding in,standard car,really good. Other parts bought are exactly as describe on parts list. Saved $$$$, picked up. best way to buy. Have mechanical knowledge makes it easy to repair you car..G.

These guys bend over Backwards to make sure everything is 100%. Cannot recommend highly enough
