The videos were really interesting, well explained, and enjoyable to watch, and I loved how much I was able to learn at my own pace. I absolutely loved the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Alicante and 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Online Training with La Casa Shambala and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of Yoga.

The training was very well structured, inspiring, and easy to follow. The training offered so much valuable knowledge.

One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was preparing and holding my practicum class. It was a wonderful opportunity to put everything I had learned into practice, build confidence, and receive valuable feedback.

I also want to highlight the amazing yoga teachers. They were all so kind, warm, supportive, and passionate about what they do. I learned so much from them, and their positive energy made the entire experience even more special. You can really feel the love and dedication they put into sharing their knowledge.

Overall, this training was a truly enriching experience, both personally and as someone who wants to grow as a Yoga teacher. I’m very happy I chose La Casa Shambala and would wholeheartedly recommend both the training and the company to anyone looking for a meaningful, supportive, and inspiring learning experience. I did my my 200h Hatha/Vinyassa and 50h online Yin yoga course at Lacasashambala. Both experiences I liked. I grown a lot as a person and teacher. At both my courses the teachers where involved and supportive. The course material was perfect for me in that time. I enjoyed the possibility of meeting people during the courses. Definitely worthy ❤️🦋

The Yin Yoga TTC is really amazing. I had to chance to deepen my practice and learn a lot of new stuff. The material and lessons are clear and simple, the teachers are amazing, always available to help you.
You can do the course at your own pace and always feel supported.
I really recommend it!!

50 h Yin Yoga Training
I absolutely loved this Yin Yoga training. Even though it was entirely online, the teachers created a warm, calming, and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax during the practice videos and understand the theoretical lessons.
One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility of the course—you can complete the training from anywhere and at your own pace.
My favorite part was the practical videos explaining the different Yin Yoga poses and demonstrating how to use various props effectively to support each posture.
If you’re looking to slow down, release stress and tension, and bring more balance to your body and mind, this training is an excellent choice.

A very nice journey that gave me the chance to know more about the TCM and my self as well! We all need more yin in our life!!
Teachers were very good and explaining all the concepts beyond the practice with clarity.

I did an in person training with La casa Shambala and then followed up with the YIN 50 hour cert and not only have I already recommended the program to people I have met, but it also changed the trajectory of my life, as I am pursuing a new career in TCM.

It was a very nice journey with Saskia and Irene as lovely instructors. I learned a lot about yin philosophy and yin asanas. Especially the asana explanations were great because in those videos, Irene shows different variations for each asana as well as kind adjustments that one can use in ones classes. In general, I always had a good feeling doing this course and enjoyed every video and every live session with the community. Thank you very much!!

I truly enjoyed the classes and it is a well written guidebook. I also loved doing the yin yoga classes and will definitely use them in the future for myself as you have a life time access! For the meridians I would have loved to go deeper, but as for every topic you can dive deeper in self-education. It is a very well additional experience to the 200 - YTT, without this knowledge I would not recommend this course. And no worries it is almost no double information. Irene and Saskia did a great job! Thank you 😊 and even it is only online you feel connected through the community chats.

I did this course after my 200h YTT to deepen my knowledge. It felt natural as I was also interested in Yin yoga and had previous experience with it as a student and had loved it. An online course was not my first choice, but as I had the opportunity to do it, I of course took it. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the course and enjoyed that I was able to complete it in my own pace. It is structured as a 4-week course, so you can of course follow that too. I especially enjoyed their asana analytics classes, which focused on one pose at a time, showcasing different variations for poses etc. It was interesting to also learn a bit more about yoga nidra. There are also some guided classes for you to do by yourself/learn from as a teacher. I felt this was a very good way to learn guiding and to experience Yin yoga yourself, especially if you have not had a lot experience with it previously. I would have hoped for more on philosophy, chinese medicine and maybe some more on sequencing.

Overall I feel like I got everything I needed to help me start guiding yin classes and a good foundation to keep building on in the future, which I am happy about!

To do the course in your own pace is really apprecated. On top I really enjoyed Irenes presence during the course. Even though you do the course by yourself and online, it does not feel like your alone. Fast replying, thoughtful setup. Would do it again.

Irene and Saskia are great teachers, who are clearly really passionate about yoga and meditation. Their enthusiasm and knowledge made the modules interesting and engaging. The classes were also lovely- getting to see the asanas, adjustments and alignment cues in flow. The course is well structured with great communication and support. Thank you 🤍

I really enjoyed the Yin Yoga training with La Casa Shambala, especially the helpful videos and the self-practice Yin Yoga classes. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and provided a great balance of theory and practice.

The course asana explanation is very nicely done, with amazing examples of adjustments for different body types and the full caring presence of the teacher! Also, the yin classes to do yourself and to observe are a great experience. The reason I didn't give it a five-star is that I feel like it could go a little deeper into the philosophy. You will receive very well-written feedback on your final assessment, which will give you key points to further continue and improve your teaching.

This course if very informative and well explained. It is a good combination between practicum and theoretical information. I really enjoyed all the classes! :)

Great course, good value, easy to follow but challenging. Online support always available.

The course was very well structured, with topics clearly organized across the four weeks. The first two weeks were especially exciting, covering the fundamentals of Yin and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both teachers were extremely motivated and authentic, and also have a very relaxing, pleasant, and calm presence in the videos.
