What can i say, they have a great selection of stocked items and upgrades, aswell as fast shipping! What more could a girl want when ordering Voron parts!

Shame packaging
The packaging of parts and linear rail is a shame for precision parts. I do not recommend buying from onetwo3d at all and will not buy from them in the future.

We're sorry for this packing mistake. The warehouse staff has strict guidelines how to package items and it seems these haven't been followed correctly in this case. We'll review the processes to avoid these packaging issues happening again.

This retailer is my new favorite :)
I was able to make this purchase at a number of sellers but chose OneTwo3D as they seemed to be in touch with customers.
The communication on Discord to previous customers plus the easy to use website make the experience top class.
Communication during purchase was excellent and shipping updates appreciated.
The experience was so good, I make a second purchase within 24 hours.

Great service as always. In particular this time I accidentally ordered a second duplicate item and the owner was kind enough to send me a tracking label for a full return and refund since it had unfortunately already been sent out.
