Absolutely awful company at the…

Absolutely awful company at the Birmingham branch.
Two days wasted waiting for machines to arrive.
Only found out they're not coming when I called them myself.
Avoid !!!

Following your review, we’ve looked into the delivery timeline internally. The original order was amended on the delivery day, and revised delivery dates were confirmed with the relevant parties at that time. The equipment was subsequently delivered in line with the updated arrangement.

Useless company.

If you like been messed about with several dates and have wasted journeys then use this company. What seemed like a good company is actually a completely incapable company. Just don't try to arrange anything with them, completely disorganised, use a more reputable company if you value your time and money.

This is the third time that I have used…

This is the third time that I have used there services and I can only sing there praises, a real pleasure to deal with the new London Depot who have very knowledgeable helpful staff. I received bespoke advice on what type of access machine that I would need to fit into a very small space (a Church). The equipment turned up on time in clean serviceable order. Will defiantly be using them again.
