I used OneSource Process to get documents apostilled to apply for a visa in a Central American country. This was my first time getting anything apostilled and OneSource Process made the process very easy. I uploaded the documents to their portal and the next day, I received an email with an itemized quote of how much it will cost to apostille the documents. I appreciate the fact that they are transparent of what you're paying for BEFORE you pay for it.

My OneSource Process reviewer informed me via email that one of the documents I submitted required that it be notarized before it was apostilled. They gave me 3 options to get the document notarized (I could do it in my home state (OneSource would send me the paperwork I would need for my state) or I could have OneSource do it). I preferred to have a one-stop shop, so I had OneSource notarize it before having it apostilled.

One thing that I really liked about OneSource is that they had an option to receive a scanned copy of my documents once they were apostilled and before they FedEx'd the hardcopy documents. I opted to get a scanned copy of the documents because I knew that I wanted a copy of the documents anyway and it saved me the step of scanning the apostilled documents myself. The entire process took 2 weeks from start to finish (from when I first uploaded my documents to when I received the apostilled documents in the mail).

The federal apostille was mostly smooth and fast, except I was not sent the tracking number after my document shipped.

It was fast and smooth. My only complaints are that they are not very responsive for how much they charge. I paid around $600 for two documents to be apostilled and expedited and they weren't as responsive as I'd like but, they got sh*t done.
