Scam. Never recieved order, cannot contact anyone.

Absolute scam dont waste your money

It's been over 2 months since I ordered and no package, no movement on the tracking website the seller provided. I will be disputing this with my credit card since they refuse to refund my money.

Has now taken over 1 month and still no sign of arrival.
They are refusing a refund as its 'in transit' or left the warehouse.
Yet on the tracking it hasnt even been sorted yet!
Stay clear! Go to shein instead!

It's been over a month since the expected delivery date. Still no product. Beware. Do not order. I should've checked reviews sites first if they were legitimate. I couldn't get a refund.

Its been a month and theres been no movement on my order. I've sent countless emails, no reply. Requested a refund through shopify, no response. Dont waste your money when they're avaliable on Amazon.

Still haven't received my order after months and months they don't respond to your message and still haven't received a refund or item. Avoid at all cost might look good online but in reality your being scammed

Its a fake site do not buy from this company. I order my granddaughters onise and it never arrived. Trying to get in touch with a real human for support or answers is impossible. Working with my bank to get my money back. Please, please don't order from this company

if i could give it a zero i would they never shipped my items the tracking site is fake and once i left a comments saying fake account they deleted all my comments and blocked me. i highly recommend not ordering from this website its a total scam.

Gut gemachter Fake, das muss man den Betrügern lassen. Selbst die auf der Internetseite angegebe Trustpilot Bewertung (4,8) ist natürlich Fake.
Auf Ware wartet man vergeblich, auf Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt keine Reaktion. Schade nur, dass Instagram und Co. diese Betrüger unbehelligt lässt.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's fraud plain and simple. Orders June 11 and now its July 7. Email is debtloss.... They won't let me post it here for some reason.
I was told it takes time to ship. When I asked for a refund, suddenly it shipped.
Tracking is through some fake site. No movement. Shopify has been notified and now I'm dealing with my bank. I feel so stupid for thinking this was legit. If I could include photos of my emails and tracking I would.

Ordered June 13. Supposed to arrive June 19-23. Now June 29 and no package. Tracking link, Shop link and even website link from order confirmation email are all broken. When entered order number and email into their chat bot, it says cant find order. Guess I need to have this refunded by my bank. I have not had issues paying with Shop before, so am surprised.

I cannot review the onesie itself as I still haven’t received it, despite ordering and paying for it 3 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation, but noticed the contact email was a Gmail address (“debtlossco@gmail”), which immediately seemed unusual for a business.
I was then told delivery would be by 23rd June, but that date passed with no parcel. When I tried to check the tracking, the link was broken. After contacting them, I was told they had received so many orders that dispatch was delayed and it would be sent soon.
Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. If you’ve placed an order, I would strongly suggest monitoring it closely and considering contacting your bank if you’re worried and
