The setting up was horrendous - took a day and minimal instructions either online or the badly translated instructions.

I ordered a oneshot miner over the holidays and there was an issue with shipping which sometimes happens, but their customer service was fantastic, resolved the issue, and even refunded me half of my total order, just for the inconvenience. The product is great especially if you want to start mining on your own, their tech experts can help you get the setup you need to start mining Bitcoin immediately. Highly recommend for all you Bitcoin mining needs!

There are some delays with their communication but they do reply. Had an issue with my order but it was resolved anyway. Overall happy with my miners and the experience. But communication could be improved. The miners are great addition to my collection tho

I ordered the One Shot Miner and case for $67.49 on December 7, 2025. I then proceeded to watch the "tracking" information for the next month, only to see my package go from China to California to Georgia to FL, then to the city where I live, Cape Coral, FL, only to magically appear back in California the very next day. It has now made this same trip across the US 3 times!!! So I complained on Facebook this morning, and wouldn't you know, I get an alert at 8:42 am saying that it was delivered to my mailbox.... in WHITTIER, CALIFORNIA! Now, I am on the phone with USPS to try and track down what's actually happened with my package, but they cannot help me... All of the tracking info I've been watching for weeks now was fabricated, and I was scammed!

I agree with other reviews that this company is trash. Over 2 months ago I ordered 4 miners, a stand and a free ebook. Miners finally arrived after about a month when supposed shipping time was 10-12 days. No ebook ever sent and no stand received. Sent a least 3 emails about no stand and basically said "Coming". I ordered the same type of stand on ebay and had it within 2-3 days. No longer needing or wanting the stand from one shot, I sent my last email demanding a refund. The reply was a postal link saying it would finally be here on 1/2. They finally sent the ebook after about the 2nd email.
I echo other reviews, don't waste your time with these people.

Total Scam. Never received my miner and they kept the money.

Absolute garbage, will never hit and it arrived so late and didn’t work without a bios update.

After ordering i immediately cancelled my order 1 minute after, i also sent an email explaining that I didn’t want the products they then chose not to reply, and came back with a resolution “as soon as it arrives please send it back and will will send a refund” then when the item arrived the next emails explaining that it would be a cost to the company to pay for shipment etc. this should never have left the warehouse. Full refund should have been made it took 10 days to arrive. This is a scam they realised it won’t earn them much money so they pray on the customer to not complain and just forget. Don’t waste your money.

Took a chance, not worth it. No one replies and the same product is available elsewhere for cheaper. Product hasn’t been shipped and all inquiries are ignored.

Update:
I received 1 out of 2 products order. A customer service rep eventually replied and said they could either send another one to make up for it or provide a refund. I opted for the refund for the missing item and when I was told it would be sent in 5-10 business days it’s been 15 business days and no refund or reply. There should not be this much work from a customers side.

Stay away. My miner stopped working out of the blue. Suddenly, the screen keeps resetting and glitching, and support is NOWHERE to be found. Written 2 emails, but radio silence. Doubt I'll get any kind of refund or new miner....

I placed an order for a miner, however there was a delay in shipping because there were no units in stock. I requested to have my order cancelled, but after some back and forth with a customer support rep named Mia, I agreed to keep my order with a 30% refund. I was told in an email from Mia that she would provide the refund "right away" which was on October 9, 2025. After a few weeks I received my order, however no refund was issued. I contacted Mia and she insisted that my refund was processed, however my records show no indication that I received any refund from oneshotminer. I kept emailing Mia about this, however she ghosted me. Today as I write this review it is December 3, 2025 and I still have not received the 30% refund as promised.

Recieved on time, works as described, cheap easy way to participate in BTC mining.

So far their customer support has been great, the Oneshot miner pro does what it says and its a fun way to be a part of the BTC network! Im a fan!

Real Deal. When I had issues the seller reached out and made it all worth it.

'owner' Giovanni called me a few times and then texted saying he wanted to 'make a deal' for a more expensive miner.

In looking at this I realized I was overcharged from the amount the website charged me for the order. When I mentioned that he stated 'unfortunately you paid what you paid on the site'. Only when I said to cancel the order was the amount owed finally refunded.

Cool little gadget! I know absolutely squat about Bitcoin but I am fairly tech savvy, so I bought it to try it out. At first, I had no clue how to set it up or even turn it on, but the seller posted step-by-step instructions on his socials. After that, it was very simple to get it going. I've had a couple interactions with them after it was up and running and their customer service is top notch. Very polite and helpful. I've had mine running in the corner of my basement and I sometimes forget it's even there, but I know it's mining away for me! You can also quickly check the status of it remotely from your smartphone which is nice. I've recommended this product to people already, and will continue doing so.
