Customer service appalling. Missing item then accused of not ordering it then proved I had ordered it then got refund after email states if item over £5 it would be sent out and when queried this told no stock could have saved numerous emails and said that at the start

Fantastic value for money much needed…
UPDATE : Sincere apologies for my previous update, I have since gone back over my orders and have realised I've made the mistake, but I still will not be a returning customer after receiving the awful attitude from customer service, I have been as polite as I could have been, but have made an honest mistake, and hold my hands up to that, good luck going forward.

you actually ordered a box of 32 bags - this is the listing on the website so you received 32 bags
the pom bears now come in a box of 36 - so we took 4 bags out and sent you 32 bags
the size of the box changed after we received your order as we got new stock in.
you paid for 32 bags and got 32 bags so there is no issue here
clearly you dont understand that you ordered 32 bags and got the right amount
